One tip: You can buy something called "pasteurized eggs" at least in America. Those have been heated enough to kill any harmful pathogens, but look still "raw" - apart from a little bit of cloudiness in the texture of the egg. You can use those, too, if you want the eggs "raw". ;)

@ji94552 If I remember right, Mitsuba is a Japanese Wild Parsley. I could be wrong though. Wouldn't hurt to google it, though.
