@Cammy3131 The reason for that is because the DC cast was never supposed to be there in the first place. The Conan Vs. Kid Vs. Yiba OVA was based off of a special in the Magic Kaito manga (the manga staring Kaito Kid that Aoyama wrote before working on Detective Conan) and did not include any members of the DC cast.
