  • Get outta town! Didn't know it was Donna Summer. I've known this song for like forever. Thanks for posting.

  • this is sonic abuse to her voice.. could be so much better

  • this song takes me bac

  • Too bad she was Geffen at this period he really put her career in the skidds, this album was so good.... and should have been alot bigger !!

  • @Marchjoy1963 Yes, and THIS should have been the lead single on that album, not "There Goes My Baby". Shame on David Geffen for ruining her career!

  • I was never sure about this album,... felt not as good as the previous to me

  • i love every song from cats without claws, 80s pop at its greatest.

  • Adoro Donna Summer, ela faz parte da trilha sonora da minha vida.

    SUPER ABRAÇO para ela.

  • yes yes yes

  • Could someone please post the 12" Jelybean benitez remix of this awesome song !

  • This song brings back great memories from the 80's. I love this song. I was in my 20's. It is a shame that music like this was never given the credit that really deserved.

  • my tune, not heard this tune for almost 20 yrs. My fav track from her

  • Great song!! I love that bass line, and it's very funky! I wish Donna would sing songs like this in her concerts!!

  • I think Donna was at the peak of her vocal abilities around this time

  • @chicorganisation1 - Donna is still at the peak of her vocal abilities:)

  • @JimmieLeeLyrics Oh yes, I agree her voice improves like the finest wine. But there was something about her voice from 85-87 I really liked,. The "silverness" the shine in her voice etc

  • @chicorganisation1 - I know what you mean. I think all singers have a certain tone in their voice when they're younger. As they age, the tone is still good, it's just not the exact same sharpness or vibrancy. To me, it's kind of like the tone knob on certain electronics where you can adjust the tone. It's turned down as one ages. I don't know any other way to describe what I mean. LOL.

  • @JimmieLeeLyrics I know exactly what you mean. But the trade off is a new richness and power. Debbie Harry is in a similar position in as much as she can handle complex jazz material, but still belt out the Blondie hits as well. Amazing at 65!

  • @JimmieLeeLyrics - True. Never really listened to Debbie Harry other than "Call Me" or some of her older hits. Suggest a recent album to me and I will listen.
