  • Great art but that's no tulip dude.

  • Awesome!

  • Nice.. tulip

    balibarista.co.cc

  • can you do bassnectar's logo. I think it would be easy for someone like you.

  • @hazymat When you steam your milk, you should angle it so that it starts to form a whirlpool, and you can lower the mug to let in more air if you wish. But for the last 20-30 degrees you shouldn't let in any large amounts of air (you shouldn't hear the noisy farty sound anymore). The milk should have an awesome velvety texture.

I'm a baus at making lattes.

  • HOLY! the only word the describes ur milk

  • coffe looks thick and creamy..nom nom nom

  • One word: Perfect.

Oh yeah, milk of the gods!

  • i work with a nouva simmonelli, its that machine good?

  • Perfect (-:

  • Would you please make a good video of your milk-texturing process? I have an excellent machine (Giotto Evoluzione) but I have such a problem trying to get milk usable for latte art!

  • @markpianoman put the driver in and need card

  • So sharp! Love it

  • Nice :)

  • Im jealous!

  • @kellymat09 No.

  • in this cup you can put one plant of tulipans

  • Thx, can you tell me more in what proportions pour milk into coffee, and how much time mix the milk after ''add air''??

  • Nice art. To make microfoam use very cold whole or 2% milk. Some milks are better than others. Experiment. A good espresso machine with a powerful steam wand is essential. Add air to the milk for the first 10-15 sec (tip just below the surface, you will hear a sucking sound) then roll it (submerge the tip until the milk "rolls) until it is up to temp. Tap out the big bubbles swirl and pour.

  • Hi, please tell me what's kind of milk ?? how I must prepare it??

  • Full fat milk is the best.

  • for those who don't know: use good fatty vitamin d, spin your milk, tap out any big bubbles, pour your milk like a fine beer. that is all.

  • Gorgeous. What type of machine do you use? I can't seem to get my foam thick enough for a capuchino but I can get it whipped, so maybe I'll latte art. Where do you start?

  • LIKE THE GREEN HORNET

  • HEY WHAT KIND OF MILK DO I HAVE TO USE??? IM FROM COLOMBIA AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO CHOSE A GOOD MILK. ANYONE WHO HELPS ME.

  • wohow

  • Is that like a 30 Oz cup? holy shit.

  • Another tip is to not steam too fast. I reduce the number of holes in my steam wand to allow more time and control.

  • Oh my word, it looks like marshmallow creme. That's gorgeous...

  • what kind of coffee is that?

    is regular cream?

  • @JoniFD That's not cream; it's milk.

  • Nice work!

And to everyone looking for better milk texture - use a thermometer, milk textures the best between 80-100 degrees, and learning when this window is will greatly aid in that pursuit

Mind you, milk will stretch at almost any temperature, but there's just something about those 20 degrees that makes milk especially open to being infused with air

  • @meinabucket too hot

  • Very nice!

  • Looks like a breve or whipping cream. Very glossy.

  • Amazing!! i got an espresso machine for X-mas the only thing i look forward to in the morning is turning it on right away and making a cappuccino! so far no designs have come up but the brewing and frothing of milk are down. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!

  • wow!!

  • Incredible milk. I don't understand how you get milk stretched like this. Amazing pouring.

  • @hazymat it's called microfoam, and it's not so hard. only stretch the milk for the first couple seconds of steaming (literally only the first second or so for latte milk) and then try to find a sweet spot so that it churns and appears to "roll over" itself. at the 140-160F temperature mark - not hotter, it will ruin it - turn off the steam, and wack your milk pitcher against the counter - do it fucking hard, until any bubbles are gone. that's all there is to it.

  • @MixyOtt Love the use of the fcking hard! LOL!

  • @MixyOtt Well I've been trying to get microfoam like that for years - maybe it's my steam wand being a bit crappy...

  • magnifico! single shot espresso?

  • Good job

  • Cool!!!!

  • motta farkı

  • perfect

  • nice

  • is it only milk or what ?

i really wanna learn this skill :)
