@OnepieceDBZ65 i think if he actually answered you he would probablly say something like, any pencil is ok as long as you're comfortable with it...

mechanical pencil leads are mostly only HB or B so it won't provide as much variety in lead hardness so you'd have to be able to shade with the mechanical pencil leads

10/10 for skills as an artist however that's not the correct way to hold a sword. There should a be a finger wide width gap between the first finger and the crossbar, otherwise the swordsman would get no manouverability when swinging it.
