natures blessing is great. I used it when i used to relax my hair i had dry scalp and heat.color damage it made me hair grow and really gave a good oil to scalp. you can apply it to lips elbows or and part of the body that is dry. i havent used it in years but i will def be buying it again now that i am natural again. video is very helpful
