urgh, just say renewable energy is good because it's cheap after initial costs are met, and it doesn't pollute, don't make it into a fake climate change issue.

Well, the "normal" way of getting electricity in that sort of area would be a diesel generator. So I guess they could claim they where preventing future CO2 emissions!
