so im going to purchase either a dev kit or a j-tag, i was wondering if anyone could tell me wich is better, dev kits can do real time, but i heard j-tags can now do real time to... so can someone please help me

JTAG is not all that bad. It taught many thirteen year old kids how to actually hack, how their Xbox truly works, and how to modify hardware instead of being just sKiddies. However, get this game on the compu7er and that's where the real fun begins. This game's lifespan could be tripled, if not quadrupled! The content that could be released would be phenomenal and make great use of Havok and the Reach engine.

Too bad that is a no-go with Nazisoft--- Errr.. I mean Microsoft.

Im not so sure but, is the .map need to be modified to run RTH?.. or its only an other XEX/Xex modification?...

If its only a xex thingy, can you use RTH with other players (Over XboxLive).

@RazorzDj This I did with the Halo Reach XeX's modded, and yes, you can RTH with other players on Live, but most people cannot go on Live at the moment do to the checks.

Any idea of an RTE update working on the DLC (Noble Mappack) maps as well? Link perhaps?

@bigbaseballs1125 Really? That's fantastic. You see, to get the mods running you have to select the correct map on the prog (on the pc) then launch. But obviously only the stock maps are listed on it. So how do i add the Noble Mappack maps then?

Otherwise i already managed the get the Mappack running on the jtag.

@justin20877 Are you using an RTH program made for things like auto aim, ect? Where everything is labled you just choose what you want? I prefer doing it manually with ascension.

@bigbaseballs1125 Exactly. That is what I'm using. All i do is tick whatever mods i want, select the appropriate map, and BAM.

Now about this Ascension; if it isn't too much to ask, care to enlighten me? It sounds a lot better than what I've got.

@justin20877 Ascension is the main .map editor for Halo Reach. It can poke changes(Real Time) or make a patch for the .map so you can send to friends. It is manual changes instead of having some program do it for you. You kind of need to know what your doing though. Also make sure you get good plugins.
