@PCsAndGaming Deus Ex actually DOES mean "God From", as it is short for "Deus Ex Machina", "God From a Machine (or structure; tool)". In the Greek and Roman theater, at the end of a play usually a "God" came on stage via some sort of crane (the Machina) to explain the story, even when the gods had nothing to do with it. Therefore, a Deus Ex Machina is a construction where suddenly a solution is presented to a certain situation.
