@MrDubstepchicken LOL, yepper, helmets are good. I crashed at 80 on my bike years ago and, other than a headache, my head and face were alright. However, the very light jacket and slacks weren't enough to protect me from major road rash all over my precious body. :) Helmet took some major damage and was never used again. So today, if I were to do this, I would remember that lesson and wear heavy body armor along with my helmet. :)

Buddies that came over preferring to not wear helmets would get very uneasy around it. I think I changed a couple of minds about wearing helmets. So the smashed and scarred helmet probably saved more than just my own life.
