@emmanithreinfhir Same here. It stopped working and I found somewhere a similar solution so I put my phone on a radiator for a few moments and then it worked like a charm!
my sister dropped my touchscreen in a bowl full of water and now the touch screen doesn't work aswell as the camera is there any solution to that or i'll have to buy a new phone?
Get some duct tape and wrap on the screen and pull up a few times, if that doesn't work get a needle and stick in between the side and screen then you blow compressed air in the screen from some part of the phone im guessing(i don't have one of these) that should work
samsungs SUCK BALLZ, i know i've looked up how to fix this problem on my impression and it's like 30 min of time (i just took it apart to see if i could do it and it turned right back on after i put it back together) and to get a "digitizer" off of ebay, apparently they're REALLY cheap (like $10 or so)

Same thing happened to my Samsung Impression all I can say is don't by Samsung touch screans they all have this problem. I recomend buying LG phones, more reliable.

mine did the exact same thing, does ur screen completley turn off sometimes?? and if its water damage take off the back and look and see if the peice of paper is red or white, red means water damage, white means its ok.
try giving the phone a twist grab the top with one hand and bottom with the other hand twist a couple of times it fixed my phone first time

The same happened me cus my house waas too cold. I heated up the screen with a hairdryer and it works again for me.

My samsung impact with do absolutely nothing also. I can receive calls but I cannot dial anyone or work the touch screen. Ugh!
