In case you guys were wondering on feb. 22 he underwent kidney replacement surgery.....this is Jeffery's letter to the Dale Earnhart Foundation:

"Anyway me and my sister are doing good. They said I was one of the fastest recoverys they ever saw. Thanks for the package, really was something special. I’ll let you know how things go from here"
