Any other law, rule, regulation, policy or similar like that, which is against the constitudion, including executive orders, should be voided automaticly. I've seen some of Obermannn's opinions and while it's true we should maintain seperation of powers and due process, he's going way too far here. He completely took the President's words out of context and it damages Obermann's credibility. The President was merely expressing his opinion that it's foolish to even consider that terrorists could be compared to what we do. That's *FAR* different from saying that anyone should have the *RIGHT* to do so.
