Obama doesn't care about copyright. He's trying to stop people speaking their mind about his administration. They tried to take down Alex Jones' for 'racism' back in August. But his video didn't even mention race, and spoke of Bush just as negatively. Like you say. All you have to do now is press the button and call someone a racist, and it's gone. It will just make it easier.

I don't 100% see your way regarding Obama, I feel he's trying, but change is hard.. it's hard enough to change yourself, but to change a whole gov't and the corrupt politics that run this county is hard... with that bill couldnt they just check if the person clicking copyright infringement has the same video and whoever if they have the same video then the one who uploaded it first gets to keep it and the other duplicates get deleted.

Not all copyrighted material originates on youtube. Someone could find it elsewhere, perhaps even pay for it, and upload it on youtube to share with everyone. It's still copyright infringement even if your the first to upload it on youtube.

There is no copyright bill in Congress. The only bill that resembles that is the Orphan Works Act of 2008 which died in committee before Obama took office.
I voted for Obama and I am pleased with the results.
