Itunes is the worst software I've ever used. My ipod says I have no voice memo's, Itunes says I have 10 and it refused to copy them to my pc. Why do people use Apple?
Whenever I try to drag a song from my playist to my ipod it says, "The ipod cannot be synced, an unknown error has occured," and the song wont copy onto my Ipod. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

@vankovich17301 dude, that sucks i had that problem too, in the end i was on the phone with apple for 3 hours and eventually they just sent me a new one, its something wrong on the inside of the ipod.
@silico10 i had the same problem.. what Worked for me is simply restart Itunes. so if you have that problem, leave youre Iphon/ipod pluged into you PC/Laptop and close itunes and re open it :)

@Yvindvk how to fix this is connect it to your computer
then hold your standby button (on top) and your home button at same time
once it restarts let go of the standby button but make sure to keep holding the home boutton, then from there just look at itunes and says it has detected your ipod . then go from there and restore it then there you go. if that doesnt work restart your computer

My computer got stuffed do we reapired ad so it was like a new computer with no iTunes so I downloaded iTunes and I am trying to sync my iPod games and songs and video etc to the computer but it won't let me plz plz help

Umm can anyone help me? I decided to arrange my ipod more neatly by putting the right videos in tv shows and music videos instead of all in the movies. But after i did it, none of them appeared in the folders and yet they disappeared in the movies folders. When i try to readd the file, it wont even appear on any folder? now i cant add any videos to my itunes.

i can see it in itunes, just when i press "my ipod" in itunes its just a black screen, not music/videos/TV shows...err thanks for the obvious..lol

I've recognized you have the same problem as me. And, i noticed that you posted that comment a week ago... Did your iPod ever get recognized on iTunes, because I'm in the same problem right now. If it did get recognized on iTunes can you please tell me how.

if your ipod doesn't pop up then.....here's what happened to me one time....first i plugged in my ipod then my ipod doesn't pop up on itunes...and so i let my whole battery run out and then i plugged it into a different computer and charg for like 2 minutes...and then i plugged it back into my computer and the ipod popped up on itunes..

spent all yesterday downloading music and apps. woke up this morning and all the music in my computers library have been deleted. now i still have all the songs on my iphone but when i connect to i tunes it wants to delete my music. i dont think it is possible for anyone to understand and optomily use apple products but there has got to be someone out there that could either help me or hack into apple and bring down their reign of terror. there must be a saviour out there. help us please!

if itunes doesnt work...check quicktime player. it happened to me and i checked quicktime. it needed updates so it could be that

can u use another itunes for ur ipod, and not have to delete all the files in it, because my computer, which is the computer that has the itunes i use on it, is broke, but can i use another itunes, put songs on the ipod, and NOT have to delete evrything?????

same problem, had to reformat my computer and have a lot of stuff on my shuffle. But now bloody itunes is telling me i have to wipe the ipod to resync with the itunes. I cant seem to copy the contents any other way so its pretty much a case of either not putting anything else on my ipod or wiping and starting again.

I tried recently and apple hasn't made that feature for some unknown reason. i came across a program that extracts all your music but it was only a trial version and only let me extract 200 songs.
