It's a CRYSIS mod released in 2010. The new engine is built with consoles in-mind, it probably couldn't have handels such graphics.

To address peoples complaints. This is a nanosuit. It's not his own vision that is blurry it's the reception from the nanosuit. Also, never walked in a woodland? The reason it feels shaky is because you're not turning your head with the movements.
