@DJGE619724mex if you hate this school so much why would you watch this? this was obviously one of our earlier performances in the season, so it's not going to be fantastic. we did the best we could considering the conditions of the day and how far into the season we were. as the season went on we improved greatly and the show ended up being fantastic. so if anyone has anything bad to say about this show, think about how it was early in the season and then compare.
@aang94479 I don't know about your state, but in Texas it's customary to warm up on field before you go, in addition to warming up in the warm up area.
nice drumline and pit, and soloists too, this song in marching band form takes it to a new level of epicness. although what i don't like is that it still ends quiet and mysterious instead of grand and victorious.
I marched with LCHS for four hard, happy years. Those "new" uniforms that my class broke in still look good!
While warming up on the field can give you an acoustic advantage, it really took away from what could have been a more powerful entrance. The opening set and solo was... odd. Color guard was messy, but the clarinet solo was nice! I like what Hilton did with the Ticheli music.
yea. we warmed up on the field,it gives the pit time to set up and doesnt leave the crowd just waiting. and plus there is nothing wrong with warning up on the field it doesnt hurt we just get more practicing and warm up than other bands. and maybe this helps us get more prepared for the show that will be on in the next 3 minutes. and whatever band your in obviously doesnt have respect for other bands and has the urge to say this kind of stuff on here, and your band probably isnt better than us.
@cloudprincesses That was unnecessarily harsh. Maybe you need a faster pit. And how does my comment reflect my band's performance quality? I actually played this piece with my wind ensemble during concert season. It was better than this. So just shut up.

Did they seriously warm up on the field? That's what a warm up area is for.
