Most won't arm until they travel a certain distance. There's more concern of the main rocket kicking in all of a sudden as opposed to the warhead going off.

It would have startled me for a second but I wouldn't have ran. Missiles are pressure activated meaning they have to make a hard impact on something to explode. If the warhead doesnt detonate the charge wont explode. So a mere drop like this couldnt make it explode. Idk about dropping one from 4 feet onto conrete, that might just do it. O_o

I'm not going to be any help at all...so yes I will stay at home. In terms of the military in Afghanistan we're there taking some of the edge off the US (two front lines is a bad bad thing...look into WWII history and Germany)

Anyway you have no idea what Canada's contribution to Afghanistan is, and if you compare a huge joint military campaign to a miss fired Javalin than you're not worth wasting any more time on :)
