I often wonder about the people who dislike something as magical as this video. I mean, do they go around looking for good music just so they can vote it down? It's not like you would end up on this page (look at the title for this video) without knowing who chick corea is, or bobby mcferrin. you'd have to know something about jazz.

1. Chick Corea and Bobby McFerrin are, along with being jazz musicians, highly respected classical musicians. Highly respected, that is, in the world of classical musicians. That's a world I know a lot about, since I grew up in it.

2. Bobby McFerrin has performed many times with Yo-Yo Ma. Ever heard of him?

Don't imagine you're an expert, just because you're buying a grand.

'Round Midnight' was composed by Thelonious Monk, dalamarargenteo. I'd bet the members of Gothan Project weren't even born when Monk composed this.

And it's good to remember that McFerrin sings here a version similar to the one he does in the opening of the american-french movie "'Round Midnight" (1986), when he is accompanied by a group starring Herbie Hancock, who appears in the film too. The Gotham Project guys were kids or teens then. Their version is pretty cool, though. :)
