Very profound and people need to wake up in this country. Families are being destroyed everyday in this country by DHS/CPS and Family divorce Courts through the misuses, fraud and abuse of public funds under Title IV. This is literally to the tune of billions of tax dollars. This system is the financial elephant in the living room of every citizen in this country. Fed mandates connected to funding are not being followed. This is misuse of public funds. Children are dying in this system.
