No, 'men', in general, do not rule the world. Yes, a small group of men are at the top in government and business. all of these biological studies show differences in organelles and equal electrical output, other 'differences' are socially constructed, as emotion, being a largely philosophical issue does not fit the independant/control systems of science. people dont want to choose dangerous jobs unless they are forced into it, or learn its merits at a young age. 'thinking with their hearts' is a generalizing and illogical statement. all human beings are emotional.

I mean look at the effects of testosterone, anger is a large part of male interaction, and b/c it is a socially acceptable emotion, it is not credited as such, even while such hysteria causes the misdirection and presumptuous behavior. look at all the teenage boys dead from accidents and bad decision making. sanctioned emotion at work. look at our increased drug use as a culture, pigeon holing men damages them as well.
