Being well informed on the Spanish/American war and Philippine history and culture, I am shocked at some of the comments I have read. I have traveled through 54 countries and The Philippines is not the best of them by far. The people however, are brilliant. They are creative and inventive because survival requires it. Google "Jose Rizal" and you will understand better. These are people without oportunity, but they are splendid people.

The problem is just that this "medicine" it is most certainly not a cure of Aids, and with no convincing
scientific or clinical evidence that it significantly benefit the patients situation to boot. If anything it is a "snake-oil cure", these days largely pushed at highly inflated prices by Internet distributors as a "alternative" treatments for HIV, cancer, or whatever. It's the unfortunate tendency for desperate people to pin their hopes on a promised cure.
