Bob, you don't rise the jet fins or kick it down - the technique is completely different. I have never used Force Fins, but for sure they have a lot of limitations- you cannot effectively kick back and they are too flexible, which means that significant amount of energy from your kicks is just lost- the diver will consume much more gas, flapping unefficiently.

As a dive Professional I only use the best and that is why Force Fins are the Fins tht I rely on in my job.
