@Lara5995 Of course! I lost 20 lbs in under a month, however lack of support made me cave after my buddy decided to "get better". since then im off and on, cuz im weak. Im on again and would like to stay that way so we can definitely support each other.
i need advice! i just started this so i dont want to give up but I have camp next week! How am i gonna know my calories or what to avoid?! How am I gonna hide food or pretend im eating at camp?! Im panicking! Does anyone know that to do? I already know the "spread food out on ur plate and eat slowly with ur other hand" thing.. chew alot.. water.. bla bla bla.. or use alot of napkins and hide them under long sleeves/sweaters. but will that rly work for a whole week? :(
