well the keyboard on the sidekick 08 i would discribe as rubber. its more of a hybird. so its like a combination of the sidekick 3 and sidekick 2 ( which is rubber coated) keyboards.

Its in between the sidekick 2 and the sidekick 3 with rubber and plastic, meaning it will not come off like the sidekick 2 and the button text wont ware off either.
