@universe112 It is. I have also been used to play with hard plastic balls for most of the time and just recently gained some xp with rubber ones. Those are a little tricky to get used to, but overall better once you figure out how to control them.
Where Can I buy this kind of "foosball-armless-players" ?? I can't find anywhere to buy....I'm making a table for myself and would like to put these players on it......
man!! your owsome but look im from bolivia and we dont have that kind of foosball tables we use the wood table and metal players and the foot of the players are thiner, so its more complicated to do tricks, even more comlicated to dominate the ball, now the question, can u make a tutorial for that kind of tables??
hey man! i really enjoy your tutorials, but i´m from europe in my country the foss man´s are made from leade so that´s not easy make the things thath you teach. So coud you make a tutorial with skills like pull/ push kick and stuff like that, would be awesome.
ooo my dear.this game is little bit different from here in Pakistan.but let me tell u 1 thing that we have only 3 players on goal to cover the penalty so by having 5 players at end it is very easy to stop these type of shorts
@kroak369 Typically the positioning of the ball makes a difference. I find that setting the ball forward makes it harder to square the shot. The further back you set it makes it easier to square shots. However, setting up the ball under the rod or even slightly forward can still allow you to square a shot and give you a quicker spray.
@zekefooser thx for the tips man!!!! oh yeah.....i have another question....i can only perform a push snake shot...i cant pull...i can figure out why.....is it possible that the way i stand affect it???
I'm trying to learn the pull shot - what are your thoughts on squaring off so much that the ball actually cuts back into the goal? The way your defense is set up seems to be pretty common, and if the ball angles back in, it seems it would be even harder to block...

I do not know if the U.S. rules allow .... but I stand with the keeper standing in front and the defense with his foot backwards making a V between defense and goalkeeper ... Another technique used by us is the goalkeeper and defense with the foot in front ..... decreasing the area of action of the attacker .... a big hug to everyone!
good tutorial man!... I'm brazilian and I play foosball a long time.. but I'm not a professional player.... i looking the americans players i not look one good player with the brazilians players.. good video dude!!
Hey bro thats a awesome moves you got. So what im saying is that some of those moves help. And my favorite pull shot is straight. Because when ever a opponent moves his guys around. Then you have a better chance to nail him with a straight shot. So t
The first tricks where easy for me, but then it became more difficult. But i think i can learn from this! (Sorry for my bad Engelish, i'm from holland/netherlands) : )
To build speed and power for a pull shot set the ball under the bar as far away from you as you can. Put you middle man on the far side of the ball. Set the opponants men up so you only have to pull a short ways to score. Execute 100 shots then move the opponants men slightly so you must pull a greater distance. Again execute a hundred shots. Repeat until there is barely enough room for the ball to enter the goal.
Hey man - great vid. I'm trying to practice my pull shot. When pulling or pushing, do you try to keep contact between the player and the ball, while moving the player back around the ball, or do you just move it back and then smack?
sorry if its me being stupid but since when are there 3 keepers? ive always played with 1 keeper and some hill on the side to make the ball roll back...
There are different types of tables. Most are typically made with 1 man goalie and ramps on the corners. The tornado table (the one i'm using here) is the most popular table in the US for tournament play. It's been around for over 20 years I believe. Other tables like bonzini, tec ball, roberto sport, garlando have 1 man goalies. Each table has it's own characteristcs and style of play.
Is there anyway of positioning the back 3 bar so the near or far guy doesn't constantly score own goals against me when the ball clips off them? ;), I usually play on a garlando but dabble in tornado.
nice table :)

Good tutuorial. I play with defenders who usually win the races on anything but center push/pull snake shots. They good!,,
