LOL! Geez, how long is she going to put herself through these things until she realizes that she is grossly uninformed and simply has no place commenting on anything political because she doesn't know what she's talking about? I feel bad for her.

My favorite part is the people cracking up in the back when she says she doesn't understand the question. If she doesn't understand the issues and basic concepts she shouldn't be doing this.

I was the first one talking. Call me David. To attest to the fact, this is exactly what went down. I had the microphone handed to me. I said, Hello, my name is David Bettencourt. I'm probably the minority in this room tonight because I'm an anarcho-communist. You can stone me afterward. There were no laughs. She said, What? I thought it was the diction on the mic, so I repeated it and she said, Okay.

Then, I asked the question, Do you believe we need a massive military industrial complex left over from the Cold War when our greatest threats live in hovels? She stopped me right after complex with a big, What are you saying? I thought it was the diction, so I tried again and spit all of that out. People started to clap. Then another big What? came from her, and then the rest of the video ensued.

The truth is, two of my uncles fought in the Gulf War. I support the troops because they are human beings going through living hell to protect us and our freedoms (what little they are), and they deserve our full respect. But just as the novel Catch-22 believes, it is the huge bureaucracy of the military which makes the worst things in war happen. She probably thinks I'm a dirtbag from this question, considering she doesn't know this back information.

Basically, in the future, if she tries to run for office without getting a degree in political science, history, or law, mass post this and say she doesn't know what she is talking about and shouldn't be in office. It just feels good to know I trumped a Columbia, IVY-league graduate (though her degree is in art history) and I go to a state school.
