"If I stay out 'til quarter to three, would you lock the door?"
"NO WAY!!"
That makes me laugh every time. This band is, imo, the best Beatles cover band ever. They'll never replace them, but they do the music justice and make it possible for younger generations to see the next best thing live. :D
I love these guys, my favorite proper Beatles tribute band. Although, Ron McNeil was wrong about one thing. The first song that was actually recorded for Sgt. Pepper was Strawberry Fields. It was only because Brian Epstein wanted to release a single that Strabwerry Fields and Penny Lane weren't on the album. Just wanted to clear that up.
It takes the Ultimate Beatles' tribute band ...The Fab Four, to acknowledge there would have been no Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band if it weren't for The Beach Boys' Pet Sound album. A nice acknowledgement to the Genius, Brian Wilson. Rock on mates!
Imagine The Beatles at Woodstock.

I was very happy when they featured this song in the movie "The World According To Garp" with Robin Williams....

great point--the Fab Four sort of shows us what the Beatles would have been like touring later.

what could have been...
if they were still touring during in '67, it may have gone something like this.
...maybe with a little more screaming.

.......a lot more screaming. And, that's EXACTLY why they never did it.
