  • Yay!! I'm trying to get up that early in the morning. Helps with exercising.

  • I'll be doing it too! I missed out on the original VEDA.

    I'm going to adapt it to be a weekday VEDA though.

  • I pretty much wake up at 5am every morning so I suppose breaking my cycle would be sleeping in.. lol but I am a stickler when it comes to my routine..I think I am borderline OCD about it. However, I love this vlog and it has seriously got me thinking about mixing it up :)

    One thing I've been meaning to do is go for a long, and I mean long, run in the middle of the night. Why I haven't done it yet, besides the fact that I'm lazy, is because I'm afraid. I'm afraid of what I will realize.

  • doing something to break up a routine is always good. being left with ONLY your thoughts can be a daunting thing but i'm glad you did it and felt better afterwards!! YAY VEDA :)

    I really need to watch Ze Frank. I've watched two of his shows, but I always forget that I have it saved in my favorites.

    Also I totally just woke up, so my vlog won't be out until later.

  • Wow, I've never done a 4am walk but I have done a 6am run when I couldn't sleep. It was super quiet and peaceful.

  • Wow, I am impressed! I woke up am 6am this morning, but then I lounged on the couch and fell back asleep. Your morning sounds more productive!
