  • in 1:08 clouds are from particular?

  • Very cool stuff- love the sunset scenes especially.

  • These are great dude.

  • I hear tons about trapcodes, but cant figure out what they are :( someone care to explain?

  • @TheCowboyssuperbowl It is software by Redgiant. Plugins that you use within After effects as creative tools.

    Particular is a particle system

Google "Redgiant" and look at theur many products. Each has a description and there is video tutorials on the site also.

  • Hey nice job! how did you do the one at 1:08

  • @ryandiamond01 My Fave too. Very nice use of particular. Color me inspired. =)

  • Perhaps you can give me advice I would like to make something like that but have pictures of my daughter flow through

  • @MemoriesandFamily How would you like the pictures to animate within the scene?

  • @AfterReality. Hi and glad you liked! I used trapcode particular 2, photographed some leafs and cut the outline out in Photoshop CS5 and saved them as PNG images. I then fed them through particular as a custom particle and animated the movement of the leafs likewise. The actual sun rays was created using Trapcode Lux and set it up so the light was behind the particular layer so that the lux light could shine from behind and cast the shadows.

  • @NHBEY39 Hey, could you teach me the one from 0:00 to 0:06 ?

its the seen that seems the most beautiful to me... Amazingly inspiring, with the disruption of the suns rays.... Beautiful is all i can say... GREAT job

  • Thanks for reply, great video and music :)

  • 20/20

  • very nice music, who is singing?

  • @NightHawkItalo Fleet Foxes. Sounds like the song is from their new album.

  • @NightHawkItalo It's called Mykanos from the Fleet foxes first album a couple of years ago.

  • Very nice...and the music really goes well. How did you do the volumetric lighting in the first one?

  • good work, subbed :)

  • Comment removed

  • wow. Some of these looked so fake and cheesy, but some of them were simply brilliant. amazing work dude.

  • @StereoBreedMedia The not so good ones are fillers lol. Glad you liked.

  • Thats awesome

  • The first one is epic

  • very very beautiful work mate, good job!!

and you are right the possibilities are endless

  • @ArtJakeMyan Thanks! Looking back on this I'm very pleased with it. It is very very simple to do once you have watched a few tutorials.

  • 1.03...this... :) awesopme work bro. Nailed those effects there. Nice to see someone being original with these effects

  • amazing clips..but i was wondering how you did the card textures at 0:30 ?

  • @guitarrecord101 I just went on google pictures for a picture of playing cards. Masked the cards out so I had just the shape of the card then used those pictures to feed through Particular 2 as a custom particle so I could make them look like they are naturally falling and flipping. Hope this helps.

  • @NHBEY39 thanks that worked great for me.

  • @guitarrecord101 Great! Glad I could help.

  • nice vid!, how did you do the spikes growing on image

  • So nice.

    Good luck

  • nice

  • nice work!

  • i started watching your videos to decide weather i should get adobe's softaware and to see what it's capable of. Too bad it will be a long while before i can match the quality of your videos.

  • @Nish8ish Thats quite a compliment but....just learn the basics and let your imagination do the rest! It would not take long at all to get to my level, you will find people wayyyyyyyyyy above my level so just learn from tutorials and think things up

  • @NHBEY39 About learning the basics, have you relied solely on online tutorials such as those on red giant website, video copilot, tuts+, etc.? Or something like Lynda? Any suggestions?

  • @tylers8600 Everything i have learned is from the internet. Just follow as many tutorials as you can and use the techniques when a idea pops into your head. I would reccomend watching and doing as many tutorials as you can.

  • 1:09 absolutely stunning. How'd you get those dreamscapes?

  • @Vapourx7 Thank you! it is just a bunch of still pictures i got off Google

  • wow.. nice work, looks clean.. 0:16 is beautiful, but may i suggest to use Knoll Lens Flare Pro instead of the standard AE lens flare. LFP lookt 10 times better.. cheers.. keep em comin'

  • @jodroboxes Thanks for the comment and tip on the knoll lens flare. It is actually the one thing that frustrates me the most getting that to look realistic, might purchase the optical flares plug in from video co pilot.

  • @NHBEY39 .. yes.. optical flares kinda works the same as LFP .. but optical flares is much more advanced.. optical flares is definitely on my wish list :)
