@HedgehogChopper It is strange that this guy could crash and nobody knew anything about it! It was 10pm when his wife raised the alarm! It is amazing that no one saw it happen in over-populated UK!
@ianrkav it happened in the lake district, its remote for the uk, he left the slate mine up on the mountain and seemes he just plunged into the ground below, stick 3 W's in front of this link and you will see the type of terrain we are talking about youtube.com/watch?v=cqdIN_h1zFg
@HedgehogChopper Yeah I know the terrain. I used to walk in the Lakes many years ago so I know it can be very remote. However, there are always people hiking you know. I would have thought someone would have seen it but apparently not!
I will keep an eye on the AAIB website for the official cause of the accident to be disclosed.
@HedgehogChopper It happened March 2011 you say? There is no mention of it on the Air Accident Investigation Board website! It must still be under investigation!

theres only like 1 female helicopter pilot in australia, and she rocks, has her own charter business and what not.
i guess its all the nurture/nature environment boys n girls are pre-determined their future by society.

Man, I thought she was actually at the controls but it's just a wealthy family in their helicopter. There still are too few female pilots.
