  • As always, great vid man. You should get the book Humanure, can't remember the author, I let my dad borrow it a while back so I don't have it right now to look up the author. It tells you how to compost human waste, and just about any other kind of organic waste. So you're killing 2 birds with 1 stone, getting rid of your waste and trash, plus making good fertilizer/compost. Just a thought man. I got it on amazon when I bought some books about gardening. Keep up the good work Reginald..Peace.

  • Is anyone hear a EMT. i want to be one . if you are one can you give me some advice on want to do . thanks.

  • Fecal Matter in the water supply is very bad - should be avoided at all costs if the local water is used for drinking, or even bathing.

Definitely dumping direct into the river is the worst. Burial is better but germs will still percolate through to the water table. A proper septic tank system is best if its possible - or at least a makeshift one where the waste has 6 months to naturally decompose before discharge into leach field (soil).

    Start researching septic tank systems.

  • I'm Thinking about getting A couple of 55 gal Drums,For possible burning Of trash If Need Be

i thing you get Get These drums For Cheap ,Or maybe Free,if You look around.

Another idea, stock up On Bleach, very cheap, and many uses ---- gread vid,!!!

  • anything for sowing a stitch or two? Anyone ever have a deep deep cut? Love ya REGGIE, BUT IF THE SHTF, EVERYTHING IS A PROBLEM

  • It's mostly about how people respond to it. Imagine, if most people considered these things, and did just a little prep, many of the well-expected negative responses to a SHTF scenario could be somewhat attenuated.

Unfortunately, I KNOW that the response of the masses will be destructive and counter-productive to survival.

  • I find useful information in all your videos. However, one thing that is sorely lacking in all prepping videos on the net are targets and tactics videos. If the NWO, a foreign force, or whomever were to begin assualting American civilians, would the average freedom fighter know how to combat the force by hitting key targets? I think this topic needs to be breached by someone who does videos about prepping. :)

  • @cresidue targets 'n' tactics? shortage? Ummmm no. nutnfancy for a start but there's plenty more. Can't believe you never found one on youtube. I've found tons.

I even found a visco fuse-weaving machine... AND an alternative "how-to" made from k-nex lego. Real fuses, from toys. That's right.

  • @ytgv3fc7 You obviously missed my point. While I agree that learning how to fuses, etc. is a worthwhile task, it hardly addresses the larger more obvious question of where to strike (TACTICS) the system (TARGETS) that will do the most damage to the superior attacking force. Unless you believe all the preppers & freedom fighters out there already now what to do and how to do it!

  • @cresidue I can see all the preppers out there know what to do and how to do it. the only question is when.

  • hey Dem,love your vids but most of those problems ur gonna have in metro and high populated areas.ru sure your up for it?thats alot of high risk issues that you have no control of.

  • The best kind of thermometer is the old kind...no worries about batteries.

  • You need alcohol , 91% bottle .

  • HOMEADE BODY ARMOR CAN B MADE WITH RELATIVE EASE BUY USING VEST STYLE LIFE JACKETS AND PLATE STEEL. SIMPLY SLIT AND INSERT THE STEEL IN THE PADDING COMPARTMENTS. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE SOME OF THE PADDING ON THE SIDE THAT TOUCHES YOUR BODY TO ALEVIATE TO IMPACT SHOCK. IT ONLY NEEDS TO SAVE YOUR LIFE ONCE, RIGHT.

  • ALSO BURNING FECAL WASTE IS THE BEST ALTERNITIVE. USE DESIEL OR FUEL OIL.

  • HEY BRO, YOU SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER A CURVED NEEDLE FOR STITCHES.YOU R REALLY ON POINT DEMCAD.

  • Make your own Colloidal Silver -- would have multiple uses ..wound cleansing, fever/infection, etc

  • That a lot holes to be digging to store human waste. The best thing to do is to burn it in a remote location.

  • Check to see if the thermometer works. =)

  • LISTEN CAREFULLY, THE SOLUTION TO DEALING WITH HUMAN WASTE IS IN THIS BOOK WRITTEN BY JOSEPH JENKINS CALLED "The Humanure Handbook A guide to composting human waste." I am building a composting bin right now in my backyard to deal with this as well as to provide valuable compost for my organic garden. PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!

  • @TBAGGZ1 look uk are not part of the dollar euro and an independent kingdom ruled by a queen!

  • Super glue for all your dental repairs & moderant bleeding needs

  • Peroxide is awesome! Oxyclean is a good quick fix too and might be good to have on hand from what read. It's also handy to have a classic thermometer in case the digital runs out of batteries or gets wet. Two is best... never know when one might have used on a baby... (mom in me giving advice)

  • @TheEndeavoringFamily Also tea tree oil has been reported to kill MRSA. I always have a bottle around.

  • Demcad,

Composting is the only viable way to deal with human waste off the grid, check into it.

    Thanx ,

    Dave

  • for Christmas I got a crate of those new Israeli dressings . man I love them . Very compacted so that you can put in a pocket. Can be used as a tourniquet and on head wounds. It has to be my favorite medical tool.

  • waste removal, use the military system, a slit latrine, or burn with some sort of diesel fuel, people will be dumb things, waste disposal is important, but people will piss into water, and other will drink it, can you remember to protect yourself against cholera, plenty of water, ability to recycle that water, or reuse waste water, for crops, used water like cray water, no human waste,

  • @TheGeohart Thanks for that tip...Slit Latrine is better than none...!

  • you should try and get some antiseptic cleanser, for wounds, forceps, retractors, and take a course in First aid, broad based antibiotics, topical antibiotics, fungal creams, and salt, to make normal saline, which can be used to treat wounds, but knowledge is most important, material is ok, but how to use them is more important

  • should look into thrwoing a few packs of Diahhrea medicine in with your medical stuff. drinking bad water could make diahhrea a killer

  • @willwehling I found the best treatment for stopping diahhrea is chewing some dry oatmeal. It really works! It's also a good survival food. Just add liquid and eat. High protein!

  • Waste disposal in an apartment area or city where water and sewer services are required will be difficult. I live in an area where I have my own well, and septic tank. A compost pile can take care of most food and plant waste and a burn barrel will deal with the dry items that can be burned. Plastics and glass can be the worst problems because they either don't burn or are toxic when they do. You will quickly run out of places to bury wastes unless you have a lot of property.

  • keeps food in the porn drawer, Interesting'''' keep up the good work Dem'

  • On another video someone mentioned that urine is actually high in nitrogen, etc, so it's good as a type of fertilizer. Also, urine is sterile so if you're in the middle of nowhere or have nothing to disinfect your wound with, you could give it a shot ;)

  • Saw a lot of waste being burnt in Indonesia, choking stench and chemicals and such leaching into the waterways. Compost may be a good way to go but I've no idea if E.Coli or Cholera could be a problem. Can anyone clarify this for me?

  • Compost that shit! Literally....

  • Hey Demcat, besides peroxide, you should get Iodine. That's the main thing we use in the field and in the O.R. for wound care and treatment.

  • Lovw your channel BTW

  • Hey Reg,

That's a great kit! Back in '03 the israeli bandage became standard for the Infantry along with tampons (for bullet holes) and sports tape to tie it all together. My unit was well behind the rest of the army but once you get used to the israeli you won't go back. I noticed you don't have any tourniquets in your kit. You need to fix that! As an 11B I had that and my israeli on my at all times! I think your pretty much ready for WROL/SHTF I would just fine tune your CLS skills .

  • Ace bandages, instant cold packs, sewing kit, two mirrors (in case you need to see your backside), candle/matches, any pain killers, anti diarrhea meds (fight dehydration), gatorade, rubber gloves, medical masks, colloidal silver ointment

  • If it hasn't been said earlier, the >ASHES from a 'wood burning' stove or fireplace can be used in an outhouse. >Lime is best. But wood ashes have been used since people have used fire.

  • @1023471965 what do you mean by using the ashes? Using for the smell? Excuse my ignorance, I'm new to that.

  • @echosixnoble - Wood ashes are typically more caustic than dirt. = The 'caustic' nature of wood ashes will help keep insects from 'breeding & living' in the human waste & ashes will help keep down the smell. Homemade lye can be obtained from wood ashes.

LIME IS BEST. Think it through. A person, going #2 in an outhouse, doesn't want a bunch of 'critters' living & breeding in the basement of the outhouse. The critters will make a dash for the 'exit' when they seeing it being closed with a bu

  • u should get construction masks, goggles too u never know

  • what ever u buy make sure u can reuse the containers or plastics theren in,recycle ur trash if u can

  • u should put all med stuff in a plastic bin with a lid,wet meds =no good

  • theres a magazine called "the backwoodsman".its pretty cool ways to live off the grid check it out

  • back in the old days every first aid kit would have a pack of cigarettes, the tobacco will help clot wounds, the nicotine shrinks the blood vessels, nicotine is a poison so it can help fight

infection. Native Americans would use whole leaves in when dressing wounds.

this sounds weird since we have been taught how dangerous tobacco is but if you don't have access to anything else it could save your life

  • I am a single mom and I take care of my parents, needless to say, our budget is TIGHT! Can anyone help me get new, sealed medical supplies? I have a background in veterinary medicine, but I am also knowledgeable in human medicine also. I would SO appreciate it if anyone can help me. My family is large and I have loved ones that count on me. Thank you.

  • If you don't want to bury the fecal material you can compost it in a barrel. Take a plastic barrel, cut a hole in the side near the bottom that is big enough for a shovel and fill the barrel 3/4 full of dirt. Put your poo on top and bury it under several shovel fulls of dirt taken from the bottom of the barrel. The poo will compost to dirt as it works it's way down the barrel. It should give you good soil for planting in the spring.

  • H2o2 has a shelf life. Typically 1 yr for a unopened bottle (should be on the label) & 45 days for a opened one. H2o2 also degrades in light, it should be kept in its original container.

Betadine is a better alternative and it has a longer shelf life, the original Betadine is expensive but generic Betadine is affordable. Thanks for the video.

  • Regarding glow sticks: I keep them duct taped under the lids of each of my 'bins' which I keep food or supplies in. They're always there and easy to find even in the dark, which is when you'll need em! Thanks Demcad, great video!

  • Bury waste, I am a country boy keeping human buried will keep wild predators at bay and less stink,, especially in high humdidty areas where the air will hold smell, staying clean will help keep sickness and infection low.

  • It's way better to bury fecal matter than dump it into any area with water because that just contaminates the water and if its a river, stream, swamp it flows and contaminates other areas. If you have food scraps bones, fat, rotten vegetables bury them and compost them and eventually it provides nutrients to the soil and you can grow things in that spot. Also it is possible to burn fecal matter the military did it in Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan etc.

  • After reading some comments here, I think it worthwhile to let people know that dumping human waste in rural woods or suchlike will not go unnoticed for long. There are very few places these days where people don't keep track of what's going on. If SHTF occurs, rural areas may maintain a certain sanity for awhile, but probably be very jealous of their territory. Best bet is to learn a valuable skill you can barter or sell, and get on good terms with folks.

  • When SHTF finding a place to store your trash will be the least of your worries.

  • @leebog31 In my small town the main industries are citrus, cattle ranching and we are a retirement town. Those elderly people are susceptible to disease when trash stops getting picked up for a long period of time, and medicine can no longer be delivered regularly. If this happens they will start to die and this will be a major problem in my area and the whole state since I live in Florida. Disease caused by trash not being picked up will be a big problem in most towns and especially cities.

  • Demcad, you might want to look up CELOX First Aid Temporary Traumatic Wound Treatment. CELOX is an over-the-counter blood clotting agent that delivers fast first aid care for all types of bleeding

  • @othehitmans I'll look into it.

  • @DEMCAD Cayenne pepper is the best, cheapest, and most natural blood clotting agent.

  • @DEMCAD Demcad look into the composting toilets, you can also recycle your graywater in your yard with the rite plants and gravel drains.Keep up the work you have helped alot of us and I just wanted to say thanks.

  • @DEMCAD superglue

  • @Nightl3lade I agree. As that was its original purpose.

  • @othehitmans FWIW I also heard that spider webs (without dead bugs/spiders) will act as a very well clotting agent in a pinch.

  • @demcad @othehitmans apparently there's 2 versions now of the clotter - one which burns like hell and one which doesn't. It's made from kaolin clay, which is often used to make pottery and happens to be rich in aluminosilicate nanoparticles -- which trigger blood clotting

  • Am from the uk its nice to realise we are all safe here in the birds nest! I feel for all you folks in the us!

  • @shezzzzzz You guys in the UK won't have any/enough guns to maintain any type of protection for yourselves. SHTF I give you a month before you're overrun by your cheeky neighbors.

  • Crazy mofos

  • Build a simple "out house" this way no need to bury anything, just sprinkle some saw dust over it. Nature will do the rest.

  • Hell no, I will not be using fish antibiotics First of all, do you know the dosing regimen? How many days to take to kill all the infection and not cause resistance? Or even if it is gram positive or negative infection? Get yourself a PDR. right. I will be using herbal tincture you can make at home in a pint jar of vodka in emergency (you can buy herbal tinctures till then). head over to wise woman traditions (susun weed) and see. Burn your trash outside, compost the human waste.

  • Considering 50% or more of all the houses in Flint will be burnt to the ground in the first few day after a extreme apocalypse type event you'll have lots of places to dump your waste.

In all honestly anyone living in a house in city limits/high population area will be over run within days with mobs and mobs of people.

I would feel safer with a 1 man tent and a pocket knife in the middle of the woods than 10x the shtf, 10000x the ammo you have and living where you live.

  • bag of Lime for the waste, dig a hole and add lime..

  • tampons to stop bleeding in bullet holes, old military trick.

  • fish antibiotics are perfectly fine. fine you dont wanna use them when you can see a doctor, but if SHTF you will definitely be glad you have them.

  • Great video man!!

It reminds me that I'm totally naked in terms of first aid stuff, antibiotics, KMnO4 etc ...

thanks, gotta find all this stuff and BUY BUY BUY :D

  • Hey DEMCAD, don't ever get water from the side of the road. Even if you boil it there are some chemicals from the road and cars you just can't get out.

  • @CoryThe411 This is also true for roof rain run-off...remember more than 90% of the houses here use asphalt shingles...lots of chemicals...ok to flush toilet or water lawn...but growing and drinking could be trouble.

  • @wcrazy78 Yeah good point.

  • hey you should store that med stuff in a water proof container, or air tight container. and please don't leave all the dead bodys that you have to shoot to protect you home when the SHTF, all over you front yard,

  • @anglco0861 well i presume he will not waste anything and he will cannibalize anyone he has to shoot.

  • every one needs a snake bite kit and for animal bites, spider's bites, ticks. The woods have all kinds of insect's that are invisible to the naked eye.

  • My garbage after shtf WILL be burned, my waste WILL be buried..in my neighbors yard. and my Urine will always be dumped off the back porch to water the garden lol jk

  • That vasoline and cotton balls and be used as an all weather fire starter by soaking the cotton balls in the vasoline it become flammable.

  • Grate med. kit

this is not an attempt to be funny but i wod add a copple of condoms packs in there

if not for self use then for trade or a vaccum/water tight packaging

  • Dont forget to have something/someway of cauterizing wounds, or even filling them with super glue.

  • I notice you don't appear to have any superglue with your medical supply's.Superglue was first extensively used in Vietnam to patch up wounds in battle conditions.

  • Why couldn't you just manually add water to the toilet?

  • burn the trash is what all poor people in poor region do.....so I think its best to burn it ALL as much as possible...

  • @DEMCAD Consider a large water drum (55 gal?) in basement with inconspicuous hose (black?) connection through window to gutter spout for catching rain water. Good to drink, wash clothes, etc.

  • @Mrewink5 I tried drinking such water years ago: not so good, it was meant for watering the garden, etc. Rainwater has more impurities lately. But it could be filtered and treated with certain things to make it drinkable. Best option is to distill your own water.

  • @bodryn See my other post...rain water run-off from asphalt shingles is not a great idea...but using it and distilling it might be good.

  • @wcrazy78 The water I tried was actually runoff from a corrugated steel roof but I agree, such runoff is going to have a lot of stuff in it just from birds, etc. Distilling can be done even with solar powered devices. They have things like that as survival gear for blue water sailors.

  • good job, don't forget to get magnifying glass if you need to light fires with the sun

  • Demcad, I think it's a good idea to dump your garbage and feces in the sewers. Just go in the road and find an opening to the sewers and dump your garbage there.

  • If you have a woodstove, you can burn feces. Urine is too valuable for the garden to be disposing of it. Put it in the compost, or diluted, right onto the garden. Liquid fertilizer. You should have a small garden at least growing garlic, one of the best antibiotics and health foods there is.. Masking tape and paper towels can make lots of bandages. Women's sanitary pads=super absorbent bandage material. Women will appreciate that you have stockpiles of those, too.

  • When is the last time you bugged out Demcad?

I bugout once a month and have fine tuned what I do and dont need.

  • Get a Stethoscope and Blood Pressure cuff not to expensive but very useful...aspirin is also great for first aid...get all your pills now like tylenol PM Aleve...ibuprofen...imodium...multi-vitamins...all great dollar store preps.

  • We've had the sewers back up on us twice here (France) and it was a hideous nightmare. Come to think of it, that happened to me in the States, also -- old plumbing. Here in France I have some neighbors who put grease down their sinks and it completely clogs the drain system. I remember really long trash strikes in NYC. The sidewalks were buried in trash for months. We couldn't get mail delivered, there were no police or firefighters -- New York! It happens periodically!

  • thats the good thing about haveing your own septic system at least i can use the bathroom and with the hand pump on my well i can fill up the toilet tank to beable to flush it but as far as a city sewer system if its a grid down thing it might not be long and the sewer system will back up because they require being pumped from time to time

  • @geraldb4201 I pointed out drain plugs in a previous post for urban survival because of sewer back-up...you might want to create a low flo system for your toilet to reduce wasted water...just adding some foam insulation and removing area can be useful in your situation since you won't be drinking that water.

  • @wcrazy78 well i have the low flow toilets in my house already i started to build this house 8 years ago but i had to take a few years off because of breaking my back but we moved into the house 5 years ago and went with the water savers and energy saver everything i shouldnt need to worry about sewer backing up my septic system is for a 4 bedroom house and its just my wife and i living here for now and we have the tank pumped out every other year the contractor said every 3 to 5 years to do it

  • Create a post crysis waste management site that will barter for disposal of fecal matter. It is something everyone will need everyone has excrement.

  • Honest mate....

You dont want to be storing too much hydrogen peroxide in your house....

Not unless you want to run the risk of being outed as one of Osamas mates.

Keep a bottle, but dont go trying to stock boxes of the stuff at times like this.

  • keeping garbage bags and kitty litter inside your toilet may work.

  • There won't be just poop in the streams there will be dead bodies to deal with.

  • Fuck that. I'm taking a shit in the pond and I'm pissing in the lake.

  • @g0dh4x You're what Marlene Deitrich called "a well-poisoner," then. Hee hee hee!

  • With all due respect you are what the black community needs to become, because right now it's mostly drugs, nom' sayin', and Jordan shoes.

  • @SpaceIVIonkey The funniest anti-black quote I ever heard was by James Mason in the movie MANDINGO. I recommend the movie. It's online and nearly all there, and the sequel, DRUM is pretty good, too. Both movies are actually pro-black, BTW.

  • OLD FOLKS LIKE MY GRANNY ,used Turpentine as a antiseptic, and it has more than one purpose also, and the bark of the Weeping Willow tree has one of the main substance that chemically resembles aspirin. It can temporarily relieves headache, stomachache, and other body pain. Salicin is that Substance, lookup old medical & survival books from the turn of the 1800's to the early 1940's lots of lost old school knowledge in those

  • Just chuck it over the fence & let Arby's worry about it.

  • To everyone not in the medical field with a emergency first aid kit, If u do not have experience with I V do not use it, unless u have a lot of experience, or training i can bet u will not be able to use it on some one else, and especially your self. First your vanes will constrict, do to shock or blood lose. and second when u use the needle your vain will not just sit their and wait for u to stab it, as u push the vain will move. i think it is good to have it but not to use it.

  • @stinkytunafish not to mention they will have crud on their hands and under their fingernails, and if someone wasn't septic before the crude iv attempt, they 99% will be after! only if i was unconscious would some untrained person put an iv in me. All the fish antibiotics in the world won't help a f-up on that!

  • @DEMCAD

digging an emergency outhouse might work and the lime would be manditory for it. But a pole to carry two 5 gal buckets (or a cart/wagon of more than that) of creek water to the house to flush the toilet would probably be better four your location. As for dead bodies from things like Typhoid, the best solution would be to cart the bodies to an empty house with enough room around it for fire safety and burn them in the house or on a bonfire. Just don't do it unless SHTF/WROL

  • Demcad,

I used to be a Navy Corpsman (medic), and all of the information that you are seeking is readily available through Navy Field manuals that are accessible on the internet. You can google NAVMED Preventative Medicine and all of the questions that you have about water, how to get rid of waste ect. will be covered. Please don't just take the advice of some random person on the internet. Medicine is very serious, and evenmore so in a SHTF scenario.

  • Great vid! From what I've read on a prepper website hydrogen peroxide has a short shelf life.

  • Hey demcad really enjoy your vids, have you looked into natural antibiotics like golden seal, I think Dr. Oz did a show on some powerful natural antibiotics. do you plan to add anymore hand guns to your gun collection? maybe something more compact.

  • My suggestion would be to NOT use "Fish Antibiotics", but instead find a Ranch/Farm Store or Grange Co-op and get Farm and Pet Antibiotics. Not only are they more readily available, but most of them have a calculation chart for animal weight that can be used to calculate dosages for humans. The PatriotNurse channel might be useful for more information. One other little used antibiotic is found in health food stores....Grapefruit seed extract. Check it out and research DIY Pennicillin, I have

  • @JagdtygerII But if you do use the Pennicillin caps for fish tanks and the "ick" that fish get in their gills, my GF (who was a medical Professional) informs me that the single capsules used in the tanks are effectively "identical" to normal adult dosages, But I would be very careful and only use it after doing more research than I have done so far. Afterall, I would not know how long to take them nor how often per day, those are important things to know.

  • hand protection, eye protection, Mouth-to-mouth sheild. Plenty tylenol, asprin.

  • It is a common misconception that hydrogen peroxide is a disinfectant or antiseptic for treating wounds. While it is an effective cleaning agent, hydrogen peroxide is not an effective agent for reducing bacterial infection of wounds. Further, hydrogen peroxide applied to wounds can impede healing and lead to scarring because it destroys newly formed skin cells.

  • @weilandjason I agree, a great option is iodine, not only can u use it in the place of hydrogen u can treat water, and your skin will absorb it, This is key because your thyroid needs iodine to function, and most Americans don't get enough, especially in a emergency situation unless u have iodized salt, or eat sea food.

  • @weilandjason My wife, who was trained as an RN, has twice used peroxide on me when I had a small wound, to keep infection from taking hold. It has worked well for things like the occasional sliver, etc. I had one that got a bit infected after a couple of days: she cleaned it that way and in a day or so, it cleared up. However it is considered bad for cleaning gums, I forget just why.

  • Get a septic tank

  • You need triple antibiotic ointment and wound cleanser. Along with gauze and med tape these are really great for minor to intermediate cuts.

  • @snarbywrx Bag Balm is just as good and has a great shelf life. Plus it comes in very large sizes should you ever need a lot of it.

  • @snarbywrx Some people (like me) are allergic to one or more of the antibiotics in the triple ointment. Makes the wound way worse as in "we -may- have- to- amputate" worse. Just something to consider.

A large bottle of sterile saline solution is a good cheap non-harsh cleanser.

  • Nice vid. Great info. Thank you.

  • Jcjenkins01 has a great video series about composting human waste-humanure.

  • Misleading title? no info on corpse disposal! Let's Prep! TeeHee!

  • getta face mask filter for suspected areas

  • Betadine is also good for infection control but is harsh in the skin. I t can easily become deactivated on the skin from perspiration for example. Chlorahexidine (misspelled I believe) has ongoing antimicrobial capacities without becoming deactivated. A very good product to use. Suturing can be dangerous due to enclosing infection. Anyone in the position of providing medical care to the injured should be well versed in the treatment and risks,

  • Humanure...

  • Antibiotics...The true challenge. I heard the pharmaceutical grade fish tank antibiotics are ok but probably expired. Not sure though. The Taliban uses tampons for assisting with gunshot wounds. And you are correct about the use of dressings. Can never have enough gauze for trauma mgt . Peroxide can be harsh on healing skin. Red granulation tissue which is healthy noninfected tissue is fragile. Use the lower percentage peroxide or dilute for wound care. As always do the best with what u have.

  • You are looking a little depressed. If you are looking for a new cause to put excitement in your life start looking at congress and the uncontrolled spending. Ron Paul has successfully deflected the bail outs and all the other problems caused by congress on the fed, so congress gets a free pass.

  • composting toilets easy to make look it up

  • Dig a Out house

  • This video makes a very good point. Lack of sanitation and first aid will be the real killers in a scenario like mentioned. often overlooked...

  • Bury the fecal matter in a bag. Keep in mind, raw waste can contaminate your water table.

  • Dumping my fecal matter on my neighbor's lawn was supposed to be the highlight of the collapse for me.

  • @123gwf I was thinking catapult--- a poop-a-pult, if you will.

  • @123gwf lol

  • Don't forget fish antibiotics..They are made in the same factory, and have the exact same lot numbers printed on them..They just change the packaging...You can get them at any online fish store...

I talked to one a couple years ago, and they said over 50% of their business are preppers buying for collapse...

    Total Collapse . com

  • Move to the COUNTRY! Where I live none of that will matter, I'm already off the grid.

  • waste disposal military style.. dig a shithole, do you thing, burn it after, then cover the hole

  • @martialartist34 Yeah totally i was just about to say that myself, when the person is sick u make sure the hole is waaaay far away from camp too lol an they burn their own

  • Demcad is SHTF and your in the city, your going to a fema camp. no if ands or buts about it. read history!

  • Yes in a SHTF idea things will change good or bad. If caused by the people then it may be bloody but just like the u.s. things get better once you move past the birth. Yet if it a Hitler that starts the SHTF idea and he wins then just look at Germany ww1 and ww2 for more info.

  • I know people that are buying "fish" antibiotics on Ebay as a "Prep", I guess they have the exact same ingredients as 'Human" anti-biotics (hope they don't grow gills :)

  • @Silveready1 Yeah, I was actually told you can take a few medications that say "not for human consumption" lol its an insurance thing so no one gets sued

  • Looks good Reginald. One thing I would recommend though, instead of getting the surgical gauze pads. Buy feminine products. Pads and tampons. The pad will soak up allot more blood and are much cheaper than the surgical pads and the tampons will work great for bullet wounds.

  • HEY Demcad. Off topic but how many rounds how you shot threw your ak-47? Would you still recommend the Wasr ?

  • Dude. If there are dead bodies laying around, then my waste will be in my pants!

  • glow sticks for that electronic dance music?

  • I so love your channel! This is awesome dude.. U rock!

  • well you could do it the redneck way and sh-t in a shotgun and shoot it out the window

  • Demcad, look up the Patriot Nurse's channel, she has a lot of info that's useful, including the Fish Antibiotics.

  • One thing I have noticed, you don't seem to have communication gear shortwave, vhf, uhf, scanner, recievers, etc.Don't have to use it to talk, but to listen gather intel. Good vid :)

  • Does hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcholol expire? How long can it last. Do you know? Thanks.

  • @FreedomRingsToday I don't.

  • @DEMCAD Composting is by FAR the best alternative to dispose of human waste. Done right, a compost pile can heat up to 150 degrees, which kills pathogens in minutes. If you type "humanure" into the search box, Joe Jenkins (jcjenkins01), author of "The Humanure Handbook", has a bunch of videos showing how to properly compost human waste so that the resulting compost is sanitary enough to be used to fertilize food gardens. It's a truly valuable skill to know, especially for a prepper.

  • @brianmo180 This handbook has been recommended to me. I remember a bed and breakfast in Boston, Mass. had a composting toilet on their ground floor. It was directed toward their little garden in the back of the townhouse, and those were some happy trees and plants! There was no odor and the owners put up a sign explaining why the toilet had no water and a draft would hit your butt.
