I have noticed a lot of misplaced nationalism in your comments accompanying great music artists from your country. Are you so insecure about the value of Musica Popular Brazileira that you have to gush about your pride and declare every so often that it is the best music in the world? I haven't noticed anything like that from native posters commenting on music from their own countries. A little bit of an inferiority complex, maybe?

I have just about everything available of Ivan's in my collection. What is the title of this album and is it safe to assume that it is Jorge Vercilo's recording? Please let me know at your earliest convenience. I must have it! I chauffered Ivan around during the last S.F. Jazz Festival when he performed and I got to take him to the airport as well!
