"Completely" capitalist? A system is either capitalist or it's not, sort of like someone being pregnant. You can't have "partial" pregnancy.
Where has it been done? In the 19th century US, we sort of approximated something like capitalism, but never in history has capitalism been implemented. If you believe otherwise, please provide an example, along with how you're defining capitalism. I want to make sure we're on the same page.

Aaah..you want a COMPLETELY capiltalist society.
It's been done, and it was/is failing. I am perfectly fine with capiltalism, but it needs socialist elements...to be a passing system

If you add socialist elements, you no longer have capitalism. It's the socialist elements, not the capitalism, that have caused economic chaos.
I'm in the process of writing an article to explain this in more detail, so I'll post a link once that's ready.

Capitalism is an untried system, and therefore cannot be a failed system. Something has to be tried before it can fail.
