Funny, any good trainer would suggest doing compound movements i.e using multiple muscles when doing an exercise.

Doing pushups and pullups would be more beneficial than isolating muscle equipment!

lol... i got mine from ross for like 20 bucks. completely worth it, can tell its working. just do what it says and you shouldn't have any problems.

iso 7x is great, ive been doing it for half a week now and am already seeing results, just do what the chart says, dont follow the pictures, read the descriptions of the pictures, it totally works!

I got it for 30 bucks at Dick's. :P Tried it today, and I felt it working...but the first exercise seems to be at odds with the illustration on the chart.

I received mine in early November. I am pleased with its production quality, and the evel of tension in the spring. I also like the straps. This should last many years, although it did take some time to get to me.

If anyone buys this product, you should get shot. This product won't get you ripped like the guy in the infomercial. My brother had something like this when I was little and it didn't work then. I doubt it will work now. You want something that really works, that will get you ripped, and get you in shap? Buy P90X. Nuff said.

This product is advertised and described in these most likley company sponsored reviews, as being readily available for purchase. No where does it say this is a pre order. Yet when i made my purchase, I never recieved the product... I called customer service who told me, that the product Iso 7x, isn't ready to be shipped till mid novemeber (a month and a half away.)
