I'm fairly certain it was episode 16 you're talking about. Ropponmatsu 2 rips off all of Excel's clothes, pounces her, then we get a series of metaphor screens (i.e. the flower with a petal falling off) and end with a a very disheveled looking Excel and my favorite quote, "Excel feels like she lost all kinds of things"

You might also notice that Ropponmatsu is also wiping her mouth at the end of that scene, which to me hints of something obvious. It's not in this video but it is in the episode.
