@BeachDude0092 Yeah it will be, but just like a perm, you have to completely avoid wetting or washing it for about 2 - 3 days, the longer the better. If it gets too wet before at least 48 hours, it will not work.

I have had my hair permed and straightened over the past few years, and each time I have left it for a few days after, it comes out superbly. You can wash normally after the set time, but condition it thoroughly because your hair will have been damaged sufficiently.

@mysteryboy007 Don't go swimming for about a week after you get it done though, cos it will destroy the formula put on your hair and the straightening wont work properly. Just like a perm, you need to wait up to 72 hours after having it done to wash or wet your hair to make sure it works.
