Everyone knows that the FDIC is broke and will need a bailout. Old news. The rumors about a bank holiday because of FDIC were ludicrous. A modern bank run, when and if it happens, will occur electronically in accounts that are far larger than $250,000. But things are in very bad shape. I would not be at all surprised to see capital controls at some point, and other shenanigans.

Nope, I'm just saying what I said. The FDIC's financial state will not have much if any effect on potential bank runs, because it only covers accounts up to 250K. It's when the big boys want out that the real runs will begin (again).

The laptop seizure (and data confiscation--including CD's and DVDs) began last year.
At airport terminals, the TSA was empowered to confiscate laptops and take offsite for analysis without a time of return.
Make sure you PGP encrypt your drive (I use TrueCrypt on my thumb drives).
Of course, a guy was just handed a sentence this past month for not divulging his key to decrypt. (they already had computer)

What the Fed doesn't want you to see is they have been funneling money to the banks with instructions to artificially move the markets up (& down). These "banks" work in tandem with one another all invest in pre-selected companies one any given day thereby artificially moving the DOW (or NASDAQ or other markets) UP.
Elliott wave show we should be entering a massive downturn (DOW 2000ish) but the FED is funneling money through banks to hold the market up.

It's just a matter of time. First the real estate collapses, then the banks collapse, then the FDIC collapses, then the US government can't borrow any more from China and others and it collapses.
