  • das keine rosenbauer das ne amerikanische :D

  • sexyyyyyyy

  • is that a 100 foot ladder tower

  • i love rosenbauer but the problem with them is that yyou cant use them very effectivelt in a city environment due to the fact that you cant shprt rig them there out riggers come out lik 5 foot our e-one straight stick on come out lik 2 foot

  • Best ff trucks from the world !

  • Note thatb the video didn't show the ladder extending at lower angles, that's because it has to be at more than 60º for full extension.

    Regards

  • Don't be fooled by aestethics, the Rosenbauer ladders are not NFPA compliant.

Those can't be extended 100% at lower angles, also their rating tip weight it's very very lower than an NFPA ladder.

They show the trick of elevating a car with the lower ladder section, but they don't show the ladder full extended doing something remotely similar to the car's trick.

Several USA manufacts show their ladders with great weight distributed, ask RBauer about similar performances.

    Regards

  • All fire trucks that are sold in the US have to be passed by UL and by NFPA. If they are not the can't be sold to departments. And the ladder has to be mark at NFPA so they can be put on the truck if not the can't be on the trucks. I know that for a fact.

  • "InfoCenter" If you know that for a fact, you should know that NFPA didn't endorses nor checks any piece of equipment, they only make the codes and regulations.

Please visit american reosenbauer web site to see the performances they claim, those are substancially lower than NFPA asks for, but NFPA rules are not law, so a FD could choose don`t follow those rules, but at the price of a huge dollar loss when an accident will happen.

    Regards

  • Whatever you don't know that. I know it for a fact. IF THE CHASSIS OR BODY IS NOT NFPA PASSED THEY CANNOT SELL IT TO A FIRE DEPT. THEY HAVE TO FOLLOWED THAT RULES. Everyone does. Explain that, Its just like breaking a law. Just because it a FD they have to follow the rules.

  • INFOCENTER, you are damn right!!!, but in my defense I have to say that the first Rosenbauer ladders sold in the USA weren't NFPA compliant, they sold some of five or six of those on the european norm.

Looking their catalog, I can see they have upgraded their production line.

There are states were not all NFPA rules are laws, so they may use non compliant NFPA equipment.

    Regards

  • I though you were talking about the ladders now. Most cities are lawed by the truck being that now.

  • were getting a rosenbauer

  • Please don't do that error!!!, compare performances such as max weight at full extending, max flows, telescoping waterways and so on.

They show missleading ad showing a car being attached to the lower section of the ladder, any american NFPA compliant truck ladder coul do that, only the NFPA's can rise a substantial higher weight at the top section tip.

    Don't be fooled.

  • How long is that tower? My vol department has a 110 ft tower and the bucket is in the rear not the front.

  • 104ft

  • @AJINWI ours has a 110 ft seagrave tiller ladder, and the outriggers swing out from under the hitch shelf part

    Spring lake park-Blaine-Mounds View fire

  • They came to my city and did demo runs of one of every truck.

  • That's one bad-ass rig, bro. Great videography.
