  • Oh how I wonder, WHY Latinos are called Latinos? I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with the many languages we read, write, speak, and obviously understand. Nope, not at all.

  • At 3:08 you even read aloud "supra", having utterly no clue what it means. It refers to a reference "above", which here has been widowed by your mindless cut-and-paste of legal quotes you no more understand than the Latin. Had you gone to high school and learned what footnotes are, you wouldn't have made such a mistake. If you can't mind your references, how should we trust your legal conclusions?

  • @333666666 .... My videos are not for you to trust me or any kind of conclusion I come up with. It is so your lazy ass can go look it up yourself. Whatever you can come up with can be made into a video response. However, I highly doubt your mom will allow you to get on her computer.

  • Not sure about oregon but I can Help with Cali

  • I wonder if the NDAA modifies any of this, since it destroys 4th amendment right to be free from unlawful search and seizure.

  • @Marleyites Maybe, but you can still win every single ticket in cali by not giving them the agreement they need in writing from you...look at cvc 40510.5 (a) (4) ...they need it in writing...they sneak it in on the trial date form they make you sign to get a trial date...the clerk makes you sign not the judge. Or if you plead guilty well you pay voluntarily...but you can ask for trial and then cancel your signature the next day thryough certified mail notice to the clerk and ..ask me

  • you know, you coulb have made this a two parter, as some of the info your scrolling past seems important, and I honestly don't see how anyone could follow this for two minutes without pausing every half a second to read what your speeding through

  • So do you win by putting/filing this info into court record?

  • @JEHERETIC YOu can win by cancelling the agreemnt to pay....yes you agreed in writing but you did not notice...Ic an tell you where for free just for the fun of it....I beat $6k worth of tickets with one paper no arguing case law at all very simple ask me how...i will email youi a proof case numbers and all look up the magic bullet cvc 40510.5 (a) (4)...tell everyoone please....

  • @ceomoreno13 When and how did I ever agree in writing? I do not have contract with the licensing place, plus im in oregon...

  • Many cops abuse power. The idea of people suing for this abuse scares me even more than the abuse itself. We can't afford people taking millions from the kitty that can't even support itself.

  • @Tactikalguy1

    Regarding being pulled over,"Smith 9th Cir 2000" 4:02

Ok, officer follows closely then engages emergency flashers.

Where I live, in Ontario Canada, the Highway Traffic Act requires "Motor Vehicles, automobiles, cars, trucks, motorcycles, ...whatever" to pull over and stop so as to allow emergency vehicles to proceed unhindered. If someone does pull over however, they are signaling consent to unwarranted detention and seizure.

    This is a catch22

  • can I get a copy of your document????

  • Ive killed 7 traffic warrants for myself, handling my own case now and counter suing aswell. Helped all my friends n family out of tickets. Wake up people, the oppressors wouldnt want to tell you the truth, these people are all tied in together. Learn their BS and call them out for it, only way to change our country, faux an occupy, criple these chumps pockets

  • I love this dude!!

  • I live near Long Beach and I have had problems in Glendale and elsewhere so I've been through some stuff too. I'm fighting with Long Beach police in court now. I'm studying the Law now to better protect myself and I appreciate what your doing here. After watching one of your videos I felt compelled to go to Glendale to watch you in court but I didn't know where to go or who to look for

  • @vincentpina ... You might want to go to youtube dotcom/tactikalguy11

  • @Tactikalguy1 what happened 2 tactikalguy-11?

    Ur vids rarely arrive.

  • @Tactikalguy1 You don't enunciate your words very clearly and your english is so so.

I think that's what people are bummed about. I sort of agree. You could really be helping people out if your shit was clearer.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork ask me you can cancel your signature on the agreement with the court to pay them the money...yes they muust have the agreement check out cvc 40510.5 (a) (4) where you must give them the WRITTEN agreement, they slip it in and you sign without knowing,...it is not the ticket...I can show you where ask...free alll for love of freedom...

  • The reason most people don't read this kind of stuff is because they don't understand it even if they read it slowly.

If you want to tell us something it doesn't help if you read it to us 100 miles an hour.

You need to digest it for us and give us the layman's version.

Than 10 minutes will be more than enough.

Thanks for trying to figure this out, but you need to acquire some teaching skills.

    Cheers!

  • @VeggiePower303 ..... Speak for yourself. Sounds like the best teacher couldnt teach you. Dont blame others for your condition. I dont see anyone but you not understanding this. Cheers!

  • I hate these disclaimers. gdamn!

  • @sickasso72 Disclaimers are just another way of covering your ass and not taking responsibility for what ever you are doing.

  • I am 68 years old, when I was young most people liked and respected the police .Now these days most people hates despise and afraid of the police. what more can I say about law enforcement ,Police are armed and retarded they will hurt you they will kill you and they will get by with it. It takes police to have a police state. All police are taught from day one at the police academy to lie and put innocent people in jail that's why you cannot be a Christian and a policeman at the same time.

  • With all due respect to the maker of this video, I appreciate your effort to inform us of what you are trying to inform us about, however, I feel you should wait until you're sober to do so.... Maybe you would have had better results with this video and the info you are trying to provide. As much as I wanted to hear what you had to say, I couldn't sit through the entirety of your video because you kept on sniffling in between every few words or so.

  • @MrOmij80 ...... Sounds like you were the one that should have waited to sober up since you claimed that I was sniffling in between every few words or so. That was not the case. However, do not worry about having to respond since you are probably trolling somewhere else.

  • @Tactikalguy1 trolling? believe me buddy, im not the police.... I just figure that since you want to talk about something as serious as this, you your self would be more serious.... you even apologized in your vid for talking so fast, and i know better than to believe that it was because you only had ten minutes. You wouldn't be the only one to run out of time or the only one to have to make a "part 2" to ur video, due to only having 10 min...

  • @MrOmij80 ..... One has to be the police in order to troll online? Dont know how you came up with that. Then again, you know better.

  • @Tactikalguy1 well what else does trolling around mean? down south we call police "trol" from the word patrol...

  • @Tactikalguy1 can you give out the exact website address for this material? Somehow I did not catch it on this presentation. Thanks....Other than that, you are courageous man, and all you deserve here is admiration.

I hate this criminal system - it deserve nothing else but massive effort from all of us to fight it.

  • @MrOmij80 what the hell are you talking about? are you just out to harass someone? Isnt there something better that you can do with your time ? or are you on the clock? i think you are the one who is not sober.

  • He who represents himself in court has an idiot for a lawyer and a fool for a client

Odd, I waived counsel and the ADA was wiping my cum off her brain screaming dismissed. I met her in the hallway and handed over a folder that explained it all didn't say a word.

  • Q- Will this work in NY State ?

  • so i dont have to pull over if a cop signals me with his lights?

  • the man knows whats true, I WANT TO HIRE HIM, 50% SPLIT

  • It is unbelievably difficult to get info off this video.

  • @Tactikalguy1 Having Difficulty finding "Smith (9th Cir. 2000) 217 F.3d 746, 751.1" @4:15 in the video. Where can I find this and other cases which might not pull up on a Goog search?

  • @MrNDuMa Deepweb, If you are in a university/colledge they may have access to sections and the local library may also.

  • @Tactikalguy1 Have you ever won a red light camera violation? I just got one (saw the flash anyway) last night and want to know how to beat it, and preferably get paid for ALL my time when it shows up in the mail. I too am interested in challenging jurisdiction and learning how not to contract during this matter. Thanks!

  • This is only good for/applies to people in California.

  • when you are pulled over it is actually an "arrest" under the motor vehicle code. Technically it is not a detention. Come together people and fight the tyranny!

  • The patriot act (that was passed without being read) I heard says anyone can be stopped and detained for an unlimited amount of time without being convicted of anything. The House and Senate are constantly bullied into approving "things" that are too lengthy to read before the vote date. God only knows what is contained in the patriot act. Was that when Senators were being threatend with marshal law if they didn't sign it or was it the bailout "bill" ?

  • @SaveEarth1: I believe that the Patriot Act only directs federal, not state or local law enforcement activities.

  • (correction- "is under ANY statutory obligation").............."The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e., law, amounting to mere user; and that use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State." Senate Resolution #62, from April 1933.

  • There is a problem with video. The government, nor any agencies thereof, is under no statutory obligation to protect anyone from anything......even from not getting paid to play 'cops & robbers' or if you have your "things" seized, which, by law, is not actually yours but that of the "federal government\state"...........continued

  • Fix the government and make them fix the police or your just chasing your own tail in circles....which is exactly what they want people to be doing....

  • I am not trying to kill what your saying your right!

I'm just saying this same class of people used your constitution for their own personal roll of asswipe.... so it's safe to say that the laws their validity and usefulness as a whole will be used the same way be them if so suits the occasion.

  • Only one problem with this.... the ruling class (Lawyers, judges, police, politicians etc..) don't care about their own laws, unless you break them and they get to make money.... so pointing out the laws to them to defend yourself against their henchmen will do little to no good.

I understand what your saying... but the class that makes up the laws as they go along will just change it if you are able to contend with the logic of their laws..(Which is none, greed has no logic.)

  • what would be the equivalent documentation to research in Florida?

  • Dude, this is a brilliant tactic and IMHO equal, if not better than the others!

This is the thought process, the 'business' of THEIR JOB.

"Hmmm, if I lose this case then I'm on the hook for damages.", No?

This should make their decision making process very easy!

    "CASE DISMISSED!"

  • Why is everybody hating? Did this tactikalguy do something to you. Are you mad cause someone is putting up some info.? Get over it losers you just look like idiot on here hating for no good reason. Get a life. He's doin something with his do something with yours.

  • @DahVidKid These are government shills; they attempt to deter people from protecting themselves and also play the ancient Masonic polarity games.

It's the black/white FOUNDATION of our Masonic system; it's why the KKK was made and black foundations of our history and their white slaves were buried.

The good news is the incestuous nature of government makes them, as a group, not the sharpest knives in the block; the bad news is they have guns, corrupt judges, the mob and now your GPS loc.

  • Well done. People need to take the time to learn this stuff on their own such as you are doing because God knows we are not taught this in schools. Good luck, keep up the good work and best wishes~

  • @BoKnowsEntertainment ..... thanks

  • @Tactikalguy1 what website is this bro? I wanna save it!

  • @NegroXFile... Its not a website. I have a lot of info and put it together to make this video.

  • @Tactikalguy1 can you give me( A Blackman) some legal jargon to say when pulled over for nothing at all? and is it my right to demand a Seargent come on site if I feel threatened? Thanks!

  • @BoKnowsEntertainment dude that's probably his government home work

  • Last point if you file a lawsuit against a city or county and and have a criminal case they will file a motion to stay until the criminal case is heard first. Only if you filed under GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 910-913.2 in the right way. Criminal Law comes first and over rides all other laws on the books in California.

  • Are you a jailhouse lawyer or what? When you say get paid wtf are you talking about. To make a claim against a city or county in california you must file a claim under GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 910-913.2 to the violating city or county.

Failing to file a claim under those section your lawsuit will be demurrered under a motion. Please don't listen to this jailhouse or gang banger lawer. Most of all those case laws are for criminal defense not lawsuits check your civil rights laws.

  • Who are you. What are you doing. Go to law school

  • @socalcraigster ........... HAHAHA... you have no clue what it means to practice law. Please stop screaming how ignorant you are to the world. You are only hurting yourself.

  • Comment removed

  • @socalcraigster , you are CLUELESS as to the U.P.L.(? know what this means?) in this state. OR, if I may guess a member of the BAR?

KEEP IT UP "Tactikalguy1", & GOD BLESS from Sacramento.

"In its most general sense, the practice of law involves giving legal advice to clients, drafting legal documents for clients, and representing clients in legal negotiations and court proceedings such as lawsuits..."

  • @3028960 - ur quote is from wiki IGNANT. The California Supreme Court’s functional definition of “law practice,” as developed in Birbower & Merchants Protective Corp. cases, can be summarized as the giving of legal advice/counsel & the preparation of legal instruments affecting the client’s legal rights. Do a websearch for "uplpublic.pdf" (website caught.net), Educate yourself! His solicitating donations is further indicative of UPL. He lacks a basic understanding of legal definitions, as do u.

  • @socalcraigster ....

    1. You members of the "BAR" seam to think us "basic" people , are just dumb...

    2. What if you are 100% correct? What do you care? It s crime of the year !!

    3. If you want I can show you a case where a REAL LAWYER Faked US mail for a POS to win a case....? DO you care about that ?

  • Comment removed

  • @socalcraigster the we should all practice "law" without a license and get misdemeanors. Your very comment exposes your level of fear and allegiance to the "company".

  • @socalcraigster

How is he practicing law? In reality, you only need a bar to charge another. I didnt hear him charging anyone, did you. I think you dont understand whats going on here?

  • @socalcraigster - The law, The Constitution, says basically THE RIGHT TO BE LEFT ALONE. These thugs in office are criminals and thieves. The Law? You mean the British BAR kangaroo corporate korts funded by the global criminal pedophile cabal Federal Reserve? bahahaha ~ spit ~

  • @socalcraigster you're so full of it. By the way he is not practicing he is using it. Those who practice just can't do it yet:))) You don't need a license to be your own attorney

  • @socalcraigster

He is performing his duty to his fellow souls to assist in the detachment from this web of confiscation. Plus; SHOW ME A LICENSE that the State issues. I haven't seen one. I would love to though.

  • @socalcraigster ... I showed everyone how to properly apply a bandage to my dogs leg when he was injured. I suppose that I'm 'practicing veterinary medicine'? LOWLHOWHOWHOW!!!

  • @socalcraigster Ever hear of defending your own self in court? Moron.

  • @APT420 - Hey, good luck with that!

He who represents himself in court has an idiot for a lawyer and a fool for a client

  • @socalcraigster Speak for yourself, lol

  • @socalcraigster The Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees certain rights for someone accused of a crime: * a speedy and public trial * a trial by jury * complete notice of the accusation * confrontation of witnesses * calling witnesses on one's behalf * assistance of counsel

    and * self-representation

  • @abqskinhead - So what is your point?

He who represents himself in court has an idiot for a lawyer and a fool for a client

  • @socalcraigster That comment depends on whether the "paid" lawyer will defend you adequately. As most know, the only winners in a lawsuit is the attorneys pocketbook! :p

  • @socalcraigster this is legal practise .do you know what the word practise means? ill tell you it means your practising for the real thing ,,,,so hes practising legal techniques ,not law,,,do you know the difference between legal and lawful?

  • WINNING Or LOSING Is NOT The Question ,At One TIME The POLICE OFFICERS WERE PART Of The COMMUNITY ,NOW It SEEMS THEY Are JUST MONEY MAKERS For The SYSTEM .G.FRONZI/AUG/18/2010

  • @9493760 There are no more police officers, they're revenue agents!

  • Hey man; this is BEAUTIFUL! You are a HERO of the sovereign man on the land! I take my hat of to you man.

  • I wish I could find someone like you that knows Canadian law...I can't find anything

  • @lifebeginsat190 go to the court of justice for your province and look up cases that involve traffic stops. It will have a search engine and you can be very specific. If you are in ontario go to "ontario court of justice".

  • This is good, but Dumbya cancelled both the Fourth and Fifth Amendments and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

  • TELL ME THE LAST TIME SOMEONE GOT PAID FROM THE POLICE FOR DETAINING THEM. NEVER!

  • Comment removed

  • But that's what a seizure is anyway, law jargon or not. It means to stop...to hold.

  • much love thank you for all your help.

  • I admire you a lot. And respect you even more for what you say in the info space about not charging people for helping them. You truly are a saint in the making.

    Peace Be with you brother.

  • Iv always wondered what would happened if a cop attempted to arrest to me and I knocked him unconcious then called the police on him assaulting me. Of course depends on the circumstances but still, i wanna see the the look on the cop showing up to pick up his buddy lol

  • is this somewhat the same in Canada?

  • Hey tack, it's good to see someone who stands up against these police dogs and court lions who think they are king of the jungle. Do you know if there is any way I can fight an impound fee? I've already paid it, but they said if I didn't pay it, I wouldn't get my car back. I feel that my car wasn't legally towed, and I wasn't violating any laws other than having it parked in my neighborhood for more than 3 days.

  • GOD LOVE THIS MAN!!!!!!

  • I love your videos!!! Bravo!

  • then stop watching them.

  • @tactikalguyI ...

I went to the channel for this imitator and reported him for Profile Image Violation.

  • Which department would you file charges with if a cop stop you for a traffic ticket?

  • Not just false imprisonment. How about kidnap as well. Serious crimes indeed.

  • I am studying the teachings of Brandon Adams, Tim Turner, Gordon Hall and Winston Shrout.

Everything is commerce. Everything is contract.

Police (policy officers) suck you in through consent. If you consent to surrender your rights (make contract) to the cop, you are screwed.

Go to my page and watch the 3 videos of my traffic stop. I'm getting better when they stop me. Look at what they do when I use the laws (contracts) against them.

  • Tactikalguy1 , not your opinion, it's fact brother!

  • Thanks for your efforts presenting your videos to us. I also just posted a few videos myself.

  • Would you mind sharing your work so I can apply it to New York?

  • despite the press for time I liked it and just wanted to let you know if you file a FEE schedule and u are detained u can charge for your time

  • Can you show me proof that it works. I dont doubt it works but have not met anyone that can show me that they have done it. Thanks in advance.

  • hey bro, was that info a pdf or something, how do i get a copy of that info. i want to see the rest of it

  • Only a few of us have this info. However, I posted everything that I could. The info is on the vid and all you really gotta do is google the cases or go to the law library if you want read the whole case. I am not going to start giving this out only because I have already gotten too many messages for it. It would take too much of my time. That is why I made the vid.

  • @Tactikalguy1 That's because they don't follow through with a lawsuit. They absolutely should if they are using a fee schedule.

  • File a fee schedule with who?

  • can you add your fee schedule into the counterclaim?

  • NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE! Good stuff.

  • Whats the statute of limitations for filing charges in your matters? Glad your doing this. So can an officer ask for your id in california without charging you with something? I know in tennessee they can.

  • sure they can ask, but are you required by Law to provide ID? No. Always ask them if you are required by Law and know what Law is and what Statute is.

  • @nextdimensions I cant find what one you are replying to but if you are in the street and a cop stops you, If there is no probable cause of anything, you can ignore them and walk away. If you are stopped in a car, they can ask for ID and its a requirement that you give it to them.

  • @snowbrdr200 show me the law where it says its a requirement

  • Comment removed

  • @nextdimensions Brown v. Texas: Detaining appellant to require him to identify himself constituted a seizure of his person subject to the requirement of the Fourth Amendment that the seizure be "reasonable." The 4th amendment requires that it is based on probable cause. In WHREN V. UNITED STATES, The supreme court also held that someone may be stopped legally for any traffic infraction. This infraction is probable cause that something was done wrong and lets the officer stop the vehicle

  • @snowbrdr200: Close; but both of your cites have also been superseded by Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada, 542 U.S. 177 (2004).

Basically, officers must first be investigating a possible crime and have reasonable suspicion that you are a party to the crime. You need only give your name and perhaps one or two other bits of info. This can be given orally. There is no requirement to produce a tangle form of ID.

Your statement is wrong because you didn't say it is a RS stop.

  • @Pafoofnik1 ill look that up, thanks

  • Great video, you should have made a multi part video

  • very imformative good shit!

  • Yo Tac, I love your shit man. I wish you had the backing to start up an anti-racketeering group. Keep on keeping on.
