I like this tape of Good Days of BBC2 version compare the BBC1 version excluding tracks 3 & 4 wasn't destined too suitable both tracks for BBC1.BBC2's had a full version lasts into November 1987 and bringing it back in December 1988 just before Christmas that year on the same channel.
One of my favourites this tape. One of the few Ceefax tapes where original track details have not yet come to light - as was the case with most of the material supplied to the BBC by Fay Gibbs. Annoying really as would love to be able to recrate this one in stereo
It's going to be Brno, rather than Bruno Orchestra in reality (as in Brno, Czech Republic) - possible Fay gave that artist name as a way of identifying for copyright.... or it's a misspelling!
I believe the writer for most of this was Jan Hála (co-founder of the ARTA label).
It may be worth sending clips to someone at arta. cz to see if the tracks are known by other names. Again title changes can be a way for a sub-publisher to ensure the work was logged as theirs.
The difference was that the final track was faded on the BBC2 version whereas it was retained on the BBC1 version, and also tracks 3 and 4 were removed from the BBC1 version, so taht was the difference. And also, the track Fire Fantasy was extended on the BBC2 Rolling Along tape in 1998.
Thanks, It is definitely another of my fave tapes, but I don't ever recall listening to it on BBC1, so I never did get to hear that final track as it should have been!

Cwilliams1976 - thank you so much for posting all these clips - really top stuff and great to hear this long lost music 20-30 years on!

As far as I'm aware track two is called "Ebb Tide".
