@xXRaginCajunXx5 you'll want to finish the first p90x before hitting this one, that way you'll be somewhat familiar with some of the moves in the second one...plus, you'll be more physically AND mentally ready to tackle this one.
I did P90X and it was awesome. So awesome. Now i CrossFit and it is awesom-er. Haha... Apples and oranges but for me personally, CrossFit is superior.

fuck this, i torrented P90x and all you need is dumbbells and a chin up bar. all they do is make the workout harder which is pointless if the first one already gets you jacked in the first place. fucking assholes
@MUNEYMAKEUH if you knew anything about WHY you are doign certain steps, you would realize that they are aiming to use some muscles groups not normally used.
@beatleguy64 Well, if you consider that this was made for those who already completed p90x, then you can take some of that equipment out of the equation. Take out the dumbbells or bands, push up bars and chin up bar, and what you have left is the stability ball, medicine balls and that weighted bar. Not too much, but if you wanna get more ripped sometimes it does take a little more equipment.
@beatleguy64 well if you have gone through the first p90x you should have most of those things you might need a big yoga ball and medicine balls which dont cost much
@beatleguy64 The medicine balls and that bar (I don't know what it's called) are the only new pieces of equipment by the looks of it. I'm going to lowly slowly save up and buy it little by little
@HeLLRaVeN19 to be honest , athleanx sucks(imo) - you buy the guide and are then supposed to buy 500+ $ worth of equipment ... p90x gives you a homeworkout with dvd, wich makes it easier to follow instructions and endure the hour of workout.
Power 90--->P90x--->P90x+--->P90x2
= A LOT OF FUCKING MONEY.
