Tom and Pat were indeed soulmates. The love between them is clear. I am happy Tom had someone who loved him so much after what he endured and I envy Pat for having such a warm, loving relationship with a chimp like Tom who had no reason to trust humans. I know Pat misses Tom terribly. RIP sweet Tommy. You are truly free now.
