nice! i surfed it for the second time today, and it was probs about 5 ft! wish it was like 7-8 foot like it is here! Its alot better at lower tides too, i noticed the tide is fairly high here and its dropping those massive slabs of water! hahaha

Seems to me this is pushing the edge of what is possible to paddle into. I can't even surf but I'm sure I would have paddled out for a thrashing - waves this beautiful are rare.

this place is my heaven.... its 12/3/09 @17:06 and just frothin over the upcoming winter season in vicco! cathedrals on a solid 6-8 the right swell direction and wind is BETTER THAN ANYTHING I KNOW. make to the inside for a sick little tube section.

Those guys are fearless and obviously highly experienced -- incredible late take offs. I mean, experienced or not, the chances of avoiding a major wipe on some of those breaking waves is slim and yet they fearlessly plow right in and get slammed by a closed-out section. I never have and never would thiink of riding waves like that.
