I admit I have feelings for Fluttershy and Rarity, for various reasons, but I don't follow tumblrs. (For one thing, there are so many, why bother?) Those two have qualities I like in women, and after getting a heavy case of "single blues" the fantasy is nice. It's almost like having an imaginary friend! Haha, I enjoy the premise of this song quite a bit. Really, in most fandoms you're going to have those people who ship certain characters a bit too hard or who put a bit too much energy into their own perceived romance with one or more characters. I can admit to having fallen into that camp myself before. This is a nice, humorous way of dishing out a dose of harsh reality, and I'm glad that it exists. :)

@misa18amaneyt Mmmm, well I can't speak from where Y@C's head was at on this one, but I really was just kind of trying to poke fun at people who take shipping and pony-romance a bit too seriously. In some cases, to me, the relationships people imagine either between themselves and ponies, or between the ponies themselves seem forced, just for the sake of it, which is funny the first few times, but after a while it gets old, hence "Don't Force It." If that makes sense? :)

This song is great. I'm one of those Bronies mentioned in the song. It's actualy really hard on us, because the only thing that seperates us from what we love is reality. We curse it. We try to get over it, but it's harder than you think. I, for example, can't seem to get over Luna. The eternal night she promised gives my pyromania purpose: a light source in a land without sun.
