@AreYouSuprised I run as a warm up prior to leg day and I intertwine cardio/core day. So at least twice a week. I don't follow a strict regime. I listen to my body and don't select a muscle group until I'm at the gym and figure out what's sore and what's not. I train 7 days a week about 2-3hrs a day.
Holy crap! What a tremendous transformation you've gone through! This truly is motivational and inspirational and...Wow! Those legs are huge!
