  • @AreYouSuprised I run as a warm up prior to leg day and I intertwine cardio/core day. So at least twice a week. I don't follow a strict regime. I listen to my body and don't select a muscle group until I'm at the gym and figure out what's sore and what's not. I train 7 days a week about 2-3hrs a day.

  • How much cardio do you do in a typical week?
