What's the name of the song btw?

  • wauw, you're one happy person, aint you?

well, thanks for the whole cheering-me-up-cause-i'm-going-there-on-my-own-part..

  • You must be from Toronto,or live there

  • yeah, take a note on observations of social culture in vancouver.

  • No worries you won't have many left ... Someone's been sending them slowly to the island ;o/ offering people a free one way bus ticket- at least they might be forced to go cold turkey sober when in Gold river.

*wasn't it last year gov. grants were issued specifically for new low income residences in Vanc.?

  • In Vancouver we need to do something about the homeless people. The government is trying to cover them up for the 2010 Olympics, but they are taking away the shelters and using them for useless stuff to make our city look "pretty". I personally WANT everyone to come to Vancouver and see the homeless people, crime rates and every other downfall of our city. I'm not saying our city is bad, I'm saying the government is bad. They do not address many of the important issues that residents have.

  • Nice raw video to a great song...

  • Vancouver was the best place to grow up =D i miss it now ever since i left.. sigh" so many memories

  • Yeah I'm wondering weather should I move here or not for university. It's the only place that has what I want to do for a living in Canada. Just recently on news it's said that it has the highest crime rate and gang activity in Canada. The boarder is close for cocaine and weed transfers too.

  • vancouver is very safe

  • actually in canada crime rates are lower in major citys as compaired to urban areas. vancouver for murder rates scores #5 in canada. port coquitlum, a city outside vancouver, scored #1.

""Crime In Metropolitan America" report. Detroit, followed by St. Louis, Mo., has the highest overall crime of major U.S. cities. Detroit's 2006 murder rate — 47.3 per 100,000 — is 10 times higher than Edmonton, which had the highest rate that year among major Canadian cities."

  • "The top 10 high-crime cities in the Maclean's list are led by Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg in a near tie at between 146.3 and 144.6 per cent above the national average. Those are followed by Prince George, Edmonton, New Westminster, Chilliwack, Victoria, Vancouver and Halifax. " "[...]you are far more likely to have your automobile stolen in Winnipeg or Joliette, Que., than anywhere in the U.S., including metropolitan Detroit and Las Vegas, the auto theft capitals of America."

  • @Blaynejw U shud learn to spell whether* first bruv

    Zack

  • I was raised in east van. Bout one or two blocks from hastings. Just me and my dad. Not the best place in the world to grow up but i wouldnt take back any of it if i could.

  • how is vancouver??? i live in hawaii and i really want to move there!

  • How is Hawaii? It would be awsome to live there.

  • awesome video, awesome style, mood... I love it!

I'm going to move there after 4 months. I have never been there before, but I already love this city.

  • Omg I miss it so much-

I lived in Burnaby for a year in '98 and went back again in '06 and have wanted to live there ever since!

  • cant wait to move bac there granville is the best!!

  • at 1:23 look at that skyline

  • where is that takin from?

  • I love Vancouver ! I hope to qo aqain [:

  • i want to move there, can any one tell me how much university costs and how it is for foreign students?

  • You did a really good job on this:) It must be pretty old though lol. Because the Capitol 6 theater is there.

  • i miss vancouver now

  • Im moving out to Vancouver next year from Hong Kong. I was there as of September 13 to 20, 2008. I was wondering how much a simple apartment costs, for one person you know.

  • Round about $350,000

  • Thanx how big is it?

  • population wise? Round about 600,000. But to tell you the truth, this is according to my research. You probably know more than me. I'm only going there at Christmas time to check it out. I've had access to real estate info that's how I know about the price of property there...

  • not true.. burnaby is 700,000, vancouver is about 750,000.. but the thing is its all part of greater vancouver which has.. i donno bout 2.5 m people. so it depends how you look at it. the downtown core needs to be big to support all the extra rural areas surrounding it

  • Vancouver has consistently been ranked one of the top cities in the world to live in. So what do two 20-something 'young professionals' living in downtown Vancouver do on weekends? We'll show you...

  • I really want to move there, incredible scenery, sure beats the hell out of the US!

  • I miss it...well done

  • What's the name of the song?

  • JUST BREATH-

  • i love this city

  • i'm too!!

  • I gave it 4 stars. It was good to see Granville Street in a video. The close-up of the ugly guy walking down the street detracted from the video a fair bit.

  • love this mood :) d like to keep watching...
