Wow, Awesome Truck, I Really Wish my Dad would have Saved up an extra $1k for a 1997 2500 Diesel 5 Spd, unlike now he has a 1997 1500 5.9L Magnum Auto
@Stetsonater a 5.9 is still a good truck though, may get crappier milage, but the 360 is a solid engine. my dad has a '96 auto with the 8.0L V10 and that has power and burns the gas to proove it.
its a '97, i bought it from the origional owner who ordered it new in Pittsburg Texas. got two sets of tires and rims with it and paid $8,300 last summer. it had 201K on the clock
cut the old one off at the transfer case, ordered a 7.5 foot (i think it was 7.5' anyway) straight stick and a new rear section that goes over the muffler. then put a cheap O'Rielly resonator tip on it, total cost about $140, easy to do. but if i were to do it again i'd get a 4" turbo back system, but since i had just bought the truck i didn't have a big budget so i just stuck with the factory 3"
Thanks, no muffler or cat, straight pipe with a resonator tip. i try to control myself and not beat on 'er but hey somtimes temtation gets the best of me...
