Fangirl-isms aside and all honesty on sleeve, I could listen to him talk for hours. Really, it's, it's an amazingly big contrast between Ed onstage, or on record (though specially onstage), and "just Ed". It's quite lovely, actually. Also, whether he was in fact "on something" or not, I don't get why people ALWAYS attribute this type of passive-meets-introvert behavior to drugs or alcohol. Sometimes, people just are that way. It's sort of compelling too.
@IzabelMarrupho He kinda reminds me of Bob Dylan, even though Bobby was on drugs most of the time "back in the day", haha. Oh and Mike Ness of Social Distortion! He's a lot like that too. Very charming, extremely intelligent and a bit shy. :)
@ovywan08: He drank back then, and probably smoked the occasional weed. The whole Pinkpop '92 show, he seemed pretty stoned, especially in interviews afterwards :P
