PD I watched the video again and I can see how one could make the inference. The bottom line though is still responsibility for ones actions before and after.  If he was not responsible enough to prevent an unwanted child then one can conclude he is not responsible enough to be a parent. One could also extrapolate that to avoid dealing with willfull children just use a condom.
